Zepeto ZEMS top up
How does a Zepeto top up work on Elitedias?
Top up Zepeto ZEMS with your player ID and pay in your local currency. Your order is delivered to your account after payment confirmation, and our support team is on WhatsApp and Telegram if you need a hand.
A Zepeto top up on Elitedias is credited to your own Zepeto account: enter the account details the form asks for, choose a ZEMS package, pay with a payment method available in your currency, and the order is sent to that account once the payment is confirmed. There is no code to redeem and nothing to install.
The form asks for your User ID. Where the game supports it, the account is checked before you pay, so a mistyped ID is caught first.
Every Zepeto package and its price in EUR is listed in the price table further down this page. The amount you pay, including any processing fee for your payment method, is shown at checkout before you confirm. If anything about the order needs a look, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number.

About Zepeto Top Up
ZEPETO ZEMS are the paid currency in Naver Z's avatar social app, where users dress a 3D character, hang out in user-built worlds and buy items from the creator shop. ZEMS buy the premium items in the shop: branded and creator-made clothing, hairstyles, gestures and the limited collaboration drops, while Coins cover the everyday items and basic customisation. ZEPETO also sells a Premium membership, listed here as a one-month item. On Elitedias, ZEPETO ZEMS, Coin packs and the Premium membership are supplied through authorised distribution partners and credited within minutes of payment confirmation to the ZEPETO ID you enter. The form asks only for your ZEPETO ID, the short code shown on your profile page. Your ZEPETO password, phone number and linked social logins are never requested, and there is nothing to redeem inside the app.
How do I top up Zepeto?
- 1Open ZEPETO, tap Profile in the bottom-right corner, and copy the ZEPETO ID shown under your profile name. It is a short code, not your display name.
- 2Paste the ZEPETO ID into the form above and choose a ZEMS pack, a Coin pack or the Premium membership.
- 3Choose a payment method. The methods available for your currency are shown at checkout, including local bank and e-wallet options where available.
- 4Complete the payment. Every transaction runs through a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway and Elitedias never stores your card details.
- 5The ZEMS or Coins are credited to your ZEPETO account within minutes of payment confirmation. Reopen the app and check the balance in the shop.
What happens after I pay?
As soon as the payment goes through you are taken to your order page, which shows your order number and the live status of the delivery.
When the Zepeto order is delivered, a delivery email goes to the address you gave at checkout.
You can reopen the order page at any time at https://elitedias.com/de/track/<order number>, replacing the last part with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with the order number.
Why choose Elitedias for Zepeto?
Authorised distributors, credited to your ZEPETO ID
ZEPETO ZEMS on Elitedias come through authorised distribution partners and are credited directly to the account behind the ZEPETO ID you enter. No codes, no gift cards. Delivery is within minutes of payment confirmation and slows only when Naver Z runs maintenance.
Only your public ZEPETO ID
The order form asks for your ZEPETO ID, the code on your profile that friends already use to follow you. Your ZEPETO password, phone number, email and any linked Google, Apple or social login are never requested.
Public reviews on Trustpilot
Reviews of Elitedias are published on Trustpilot and moderated by Trustpilot, not by us. The rating shown on this site is pulled live from Trustpilot and updates as new reviews come in.
Support on WhatsApp and Telegram
Entered your display name instead of your ZEPETO ID, or ZEMS have not appeared? Message support on WhatsApp or Telegram around the clock with your order number and ZEPETO ID and we will check the delivery.
Popular Zepeto Packages
The 7 and 14 ZEMS packs cover a single premium item or gesture and suit anyone shopping for one creator drop. The 29 and 60 ZEMS packs are the usual choice for a full outfit, while 125 and 196 ZEMS cover a collaboration set or several items in one go, with a larger pack above that for collectors. Coin packs are listed separately for everyday items and basic customisation, and the Premium membership is listed as a one-month item. Check whether the item you want is priced in ZEMS or Coins in the shop before choosing a pack.
Secure Payment Methods
Payment methods available in EUR: Credit/Debit Card, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, AlipayHK, Skrill, Klarna.
Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant gateways and Elitedias never stores your card details. The payment methods available for your currency are listed on this page and at checkout.
