We did not refund you because of the following reasons: 1) In our terms of service, we clearly stated that all purchases are not refundable, please check what you're purchasing is what you need 2) We displayed a popup stating that the topup is meant for Singapore and Malaysian accounts only 3) There are alternate ways to use the currencies you purchase With regards Team Elitedias

No delivery (it's been more than 24 hours) and there has been no replies from the customer support team, if your going to recharge do it from your store getting a few dollars off isn't worth the risk Update: it was delivered around 3 days later, without any prior consult from customer service

There was a problem with recharging and the customer service did not respond.
