Most of our orders complete within a minute, though delays can occasionally happen during peak periods or when there are upstream issues with the game publisher. We deliver the exact base diamond amount as listed on the product page. Whether bonus diamonds apply depends on your account's eligibility with the publisher. If you've purchased that denomination before from any platform, the first-purchase bonus won't apply again. Long waiting time
The top up duration took more then 3-4hours. When they advertise 24/7 instant top up. Also don't do not allow cancellation due to they delay. Customer enquire your services is your duty to fulfil, by telling client due to ur supplier delay that cant achieve the expectation, at least list it on your website. If due to event there might be delay more then 4-5 or 8-10hours or more. For user if you able to read this might consider some other top up platform which alot cheaper then them by 10-12%. With 500-1000 trustable review.

Hi there, Let us give a brief explanation as to why we are unable to give a refund 1) When you’ve made payment, we have also submitted the order upstream, however due to unforeseen circumstances yesterday, the order was delayed 2) Once we have submitted the order, we are unable to refund it, that’s the policy of game top ups in general, they are all non-refundable

As stated at the product page, this product is only delivered to your in-game mailbox on Friday of the week of your order, you have also agreed to the condition before the purchase of the product
