A bumpy purchase
I did not receive the genesis crystals after a $120 SGD purchase , after I went to ask for help from the staff, the reason they gave me was “ It got stuck” I wished to know more about it, but his apathetic attitude discouraged me from doing so, and then I did not. Although in the end I did manage to get back my crystals, but the experience was unpleasant because it made me experience the fear of being scammed/ making a huge Mistake. Edit: After talking with the staff, I found out that the incident was not within their control but they did in the end explained to me what happened. Thank you for clarifying my doubts 😀
