About Crossfire: Legend Top Up
Crossfire: Legend Diamonds are the paid currency in the Southeast Asia release of CrossFire: Legends, the mobile version of Smilegate's CrossFire developed by TiMi Studio Group and published across the region by Level Infinite. The SEA service covers Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, and it is separate from the older Vietnamese service run by VNG and from the PC game. Diamonds buy weapon skins and the permanent weapon unlocks sold in the shop, character outfits, shop packs and the blind box draws that rotate with each season. On Elitedias, Crossfire: Legend Diamonds are supplied through authorised distribution partners and credited within minutes of payment confirmation to the account behind the Player ID you enter. The form asks only for your Player ID, the number on your in-game profile. Your Level Infinite, Google, Apple or Facebook login and your password are never requested, and nothing needs redeeming.

The Player ID is public and is not your login, so sharing it with Elitedias does not expose your account.
How long does a Crossfire: Legend Diamonds top-up take?
Diamonds are normally credited within minutes of payment confirmation. During Level Infinite maintenance or right after a large patch, delivery can take longer because top-up requests queue until the game servers are back. If nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes, open the order status page linked in your confirmation, then message support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and we will check it against the distributor's delivery log.

What if I entered the wrong Player ID?

Which version of Crossfire: Legends does this listing cover?
This listing is for the Southeast Asia release of Crossfire: Legends published by Level Infinite, available on the App Store and Google Play in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. The Vietnamese service published by VNG and the PC version of CrossFire use separate accounts and currencies, so a Player ID from those cannot be topped up here. Can I get a refund?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if a pack is withdrawn or the publisher's system rejects the account. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because Level Infinite provides no way to pull Diamonds back out of an account once they are credited. An order sent to the ID you typed in counts as delivered even if that ID was wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
