About Dunk City Dynasty Top Up
Dunk City Dynasty Tokens are the paid currency in NetEase's 3v3 street basketball game, which carries an NBA and NBPA licence so the players on court are real NBA names. Tokens are only obtained with real money and are spent in the in-game store, which is where the limited-time packs, outfits and player-related offers sit that the free currencies do not cover. Elitedias sources Dunk City Dynasty Tokens through authorised distribution partners and credits them directly to the account whose Player ID you enter; there is no code to redeem. Delivery normally completes within minutes of payment confirmation and can take longer during NetEase maintenance. The order form asks for your Player ID, which sits under your character name in your profile, and the server shown on your main screen if the form asks for it. No password is ever requested. Singapore customers can pay with PayNow, cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How to Top Up Dunk City Dynasty
- 1Open Dunk City Dynasty and note the server name shown in the middle of the main screen. Tap your avatar at the top left to open your profile; your Player ID (UID) sits below your character name with a copy button next to it.
- 2Pick the Tokens pack you want from the list on this page, then enter your Player ID (and the server shown in your game, if the form asks for it) in the order form. Double-check every digit before you continue.
- 3Choose a payment method. Singapore customers can pay with PayNow, a Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay; Alipay, ShopeePay and Atome are also listed at checkout.
- 4Complete the payment in your wallet, banking app or card screen. You will see an order confirmation page with an order number as soon as the payment clears.
- 5Wait for delivery, which is normally within minutes of payment confirmation. Open the game and check your balance; message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with the order number if anything looks wrong.
Why Choose Elitedias for Dunk City Dynasty Top Up?
Authorised sourcing, credited to your game account
Dunk City Dynasty Tokens are sourced through authorised distribution partners and credited directly to the NetEase account whose Player ID you enter. Nothing to redeem, nothing to install; the Tokens appear in your in-game balance.
Only your Player ID is needed
The checkout asks for your Player ID (and the server shown in your game, if the form asks for it) and nothing else. That is information other players can already see, so there is nothing sensitive to hand over. Elitedias never asks for your password, your login details or access to your game account.
Public reviews on Trustpilot
Reviews of Elitedias are published on Trustpilot where anyone can read them, including the critical ones. The rating shown on this site is pulled live from Trustpilot rather than typed in by us, so what you see is the current score.
Support on WhatsApp and Telegram
If an order is slow, or you think you typed the wrong Player ID, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. Support runs around the clock and a person checks the order with you rather than pointing you to a form.
Popular Dunk City Dynasty Packages
The 60 Token and 330 Token packs are for a single store item or a small event offer. 1110 and 2280 Tokens cover a bundle or two without leaving a stray balance. 3880 and 8110 Tokens are the packs for players who buy outfits and limited-time packs across a season rather than one at a time. Pick the pack closest to what the store item costs so you are not left holding a small balance you cannot spend.
Secure Payment Methods
Payment methods available in SGD: PayNow, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, AlipayHK.
Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant gateways and Elitedias never stores your card details. PayNow, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, ShopeePay and Atome are listed at checkout for Singapore orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my Dunk City Dynasty Player ID?
Open Dunk City Dynasty and tap your avatar in the top left corner of the main screen to open your profile. Your Player ID, also called the UID, is shown below your character name, and there is a copy button beside it so you do not have to retype it. The server you play on is displayed in the middle of the main screen; note it as well, because the order form may ask for it.
How long does delivery take, and what if nothing arrives?
Orders are normally delivered within minutes of payment confirmation, and your order page updates once the Tokens have been sent. Delivery can take longer while the publisher runs maintenance. If nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes, first check that the Player ID on your order matches the one shown in the game. Then message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and we will check the delivery status with you.
Is it safe to buy Dunk City Dynasty Tokens from Elitedias?
Yes. Elitedias sources Dunk City Dynasty Tokens through authorised distribution partners and credits them to the game account you specify. The checkout asks only for your Player ID, which is not a secret, and we never ask for a password or login details. Payments go through PCI DSS compliant gateways and card numbers are not stored. Customer reviews are public on Trustpilot, and the score shown on this site is updated live from there.
What happens if I enter the wrong Player ID?
Check the Player ID carefully before you pay. Once a top-up has been credited to an account, the publisher provides no way to reverse or move it, so an order sent to a wrong Player ID cannot be refunded. If you spot a mistake straight after paying, contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been sent we will try to stop it, but we cannot promise that it can be stopped in time.
Can I pay with PayNow?
Yes. PayNow is available at checkout for Singapore orders, alongside Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, ShopeePay and Atome. Select PayNow, scan the QR code with your banking app and approve the transfer. The order is confirmed as soon as the payment clears, and the Tokens are sent to your game account within minutes. The full list of methods is always shown on the checkout page.
Do I need to install or redeem anything?
No. The Tokens are credited directly to your game account using the Player ID you enter at checkout. There is no code to redeem, no extra app to install, and nothing to log in to apart from the game itself. Once the order is marked as delivered, open the game and check your balance. If the new balance does not show straight away, closing and reopening the game usually refreshes it.
Does the server I play on matter?
Yes. Dunk City Dynasty accounts belong to a specific server, and Tokens are credited to the account on that server only. Your server name is shown in the middle of the main screen when you log in. If the order form asks for a server, choose the one that matches your game exactly; a Player ID entered against the wrong server will either fail validation or be credited to a different account, and credited orders cannot be reversed.
What is the refund policy?
A refund is given only when Elitedias cannot deliver your order, for example when the publisher's top-up service is unavailable and the order has to be cancelled. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because publishers provide no way to reverse a top-up once it has been credited. An order sent to a wrong Player ID counts as delivered and is not refundable. When an order is cancelled, the money goes back to the payment method you used.
