About Growtopia Top Up
Growtopia Gems are the store currency in Ubisoft's sandbox MMO, where players build worlds, splice seeds and trade items across a single shared universe. Gems buy store packs, seed and item bundles, passes such as the Dungeon Pass and Royal Grow Pass, and the consumables that keep a trading world running. Growtopia is unusual in that it has no regional servers: one GrowID works on PC, Android and iOS, and anything credited to it shows up wherever you next log in. On Elitedias, Growtopia Gem packs and passes are supplied through authorised distribution partners and credited within minutes of payment confirmation to the GrowID you enter. The order form asks for your GrowID, the account name you type on the login screen. Your password, email and any linked Ubisoft account details are never requested, and nothing is installed or redeemed on your side. How do I find my Growtopia GrowID?
Your GrowID is the account name you created when you registered and the name you type on the Growtopia login screen. It also appears in the in-game options menu and above your character in any world. Enter it exactly as it is spelled, including capital letters, since the order is credited to that account name. Your GrowID is public; it is not your password, and the order form never asks for your password.
How long does a Growtopia Gems top-up take?
Gems are normally credited within minutes of payment confirmation. During Ubisoft maintenance or right after a large patch, delivery can take longer because top-up requests queue until the game servers are back. If nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes, open the order status page linked in your confirmation, then message support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and we will check it against the distributor's delivery log.

Do I need to download or install anything?
No. You place the order in your browser on Elitedias and the Gems are credited to the Growtopia account you already play on. There is no app to install, no code to type in and nothing to redeem. Once the order status shows delivered, open Growtopia; if the new balance is not showing yet, close the game fully and reopen it so it refreshes from the server.
Does it matter whether I play Growtopia on PC or mobile?
No. Growtopia uses a single shared world with no regional servers, and your GrowID is the same account on PC, Android and iOS. Gems credited through Elitedias go to the GrowID itself, so they appear on whichever device you log in with next. There is no server to choose in the order form. If your Gem count has not updated, log out and back in so the client refreshes from Ubisoft's servers.
Can I get a refund?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if a pack is withdrawn or the publisher's system rejects the account. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because Ubisoft provides no way to pull Gems back out of an account once they are credited. An order sent to the ID you typed in counts as delivered even if that ID was wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
