About Lineage W Top Up
Diamonds are the paid currency in NCSoft's Lineage W. They buy rare items and gear, enhancement materials, inventory expansions and the W Membership, and they are the currency used to trade on the in-game Exchange, which is where much of the economy in Lineage W runs. On Elitedias Diamonds are sourced through authorised distribution partners and credited directly to your Lineage W account. The checkout asks for your User ID, which is a long string of letters, numbers and symbols found under Settings, not a short number, so copy it rather than retyping it. No NCSoft account login or password is requested. After payment is confirmed the order is sent for delivery and the Diamonds normally appear in your balance within minutes. Lineage W runs several server groups, so make sure the ID belongs to the character and server you play on. During NCSoft maintenance the delivery completes once the servers return.
How to Top Up Lineage W
- 1Open Lineage W, open the Settings menu and select the Account tab. Copy the entire string shown in the User ID field; it is long and often ends in two equals signs. Note your server group and number as well.
- 2Paste the User ID on this page, select your server if the form asks for it, and pick a Diamond pack.

Do I need to install anything or log in anywhere?
No. The Diamonds are credited on the publisher's side to the account you identify at checkout, so there is nothing to download, no code to redeem and no third-party app to sign in to. Keep Lineage W updated to the current version and simply open it after the order completes. If the balance has not changed, close and reopen the game to refresh it.
Which Lineage W server should I select?
Lineage W groups its servers under names such as Aden, Eva, Oren, Pandora, Gillean and Hardin, each with numbered servers. Your character and its Diamonds belong to one of them. Check the server shown on the character select screen and, if the checkout form asks for a server, pick the same one. Enter the User ID from the account that owns that character; a top-up cannot be moved afterwards.
Can I get a refund on a Lineage W top-up?
A refund is issued only if Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example when the publisher rejects the ID or the pack is no longer available; in that case the payment is returned to the method you paid with. Delivered orders cannot be refunded because publishers provide no way to reverse a top-up, and this includes orders sent to an incorrect ID. If an order looks stuck, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram before it is written off.
