About State of Survival Top Up
Biocaps are the paid currency in State of Survival, FunPlus's zombie survival strategy game. They are spent on speed-ups, hero fragments, resource packs, Plasma and the event bundles that appear in the shop during Capital Clash and Showdown seasons. On Elitedias you choose a Biocaps pack, enter the numeric User ID from your Chief profile, and pay in Singapore dollars with PayNow, a card or Apple Pay. The Biocaps are credited to the account behind that ID within minutes of payment confirmation, with no code to redeem. The checkout asks only for the User ID; it never asks for your login or password, and you do not need to enter your State number. One thing to know: FunPlus places some accounts under a purchase restriction, and an account in that state shows up as an invalid User ID at checkout even when the number is correct.
How to Top Up State of Survival
- 1Open State of Survival and tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the main screen. Your profile shows your Chief name, your State and a numeric User ID underneath. Tap the copy icon next to the ID.

Where do I find my State of Survival User ID?
Open State of Survival and tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the main screen to open your Chief profile. The profile lists your Chief name, your State number and, beneath them, a numeric User ID with a copy icon next to it. Tap the icon to copy the ID and paste it into the checkout on Elitedias. Only the numeric ID is needed; the checkout does not ask for your State or your login.
How long does State of Survival top-up delivery take?
Most orders are credited within minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery can take longer during the publisher's maintenance windows, when top-up requests queue until the game's servers accept them again. If 15 minutes have passed, open the order tracking page from your confirmation to check the status, then message support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. Contact FunPlus support in-game about the restriction, and message Elitedias on WhatsApp or Telegram if you are unsure which it is.
Can I get a refund on a State of Survival top-up?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example when the publisher's system rejects it or the pack is no longer available. Once the Biocaps has been credited, the order cannot be refunded because publishers do not provide any way to reverse a delivery. Orders sent to a wrong ID count as delivered. Refunds for undeliverable orders go back to the original payment method.
