About The Ants Top Up
The Ants: Underground Kingdom Diamonds are the paid currency in StarUnion's colony strategy game, where you grow an anthill, hatch special ants and fight other colonies on a shared server map. Diamonds are spent on speed-ups, resources, hatching and the shop packs that free play covers only slowly, which matters most when an alliance war or a server event is on. Elitedias sources The Ants Diamonds through authorised distribution partners and credits them directly to the account whose Player ID you enter; there is no code to redeem and nothing to install. Delivery normally completes within minutes of payment confirmation and can take longer during StarUnion maintenance. The order form asks for your Player ID, shown on your profile when you tap your avatar at the top left of the main screen, plus your server number if the form asks for it. A password is never requested. Singapore customers can pay with PayNow, cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

No. The Diamonds are credited directly to your game account using the Player ID you enter at checkout. There is no code to redeem, no extra app to install, and nothing to log in to apart from the game itself. Once the order is marked as delivered, open the game and check your balance. If the new balance does not show straight away, closing and reopening the game usually refreshes it.
Does my server number matter?
Yes. Each account in The Ants lives on a numbered server, and Diamonds are credited to the account on that server only. Your server number is shown on your profile next to your Player ID. If the order form asks for a server, choose the one that matches your game; a Player ID entered against the wrong server will either fail validation or go to a different player, and credited orders cannot be reversed. Players who have migrated servers should use the current server.
What is the refund policy?
A refund is given only when Elitedias cannot deliver your order, for example when the publisher's top-up service is unavailable and the order has to be cancelled. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because publishers provide no way to reverse a top-up once it has been credited. An order sent to a wrong Player ID counts as delivered and is not refundable. When an order is cancelled, the money goes back to the payment method you used.
