About Zepeto Top Up
ZEPETO ZEMS are the paid currency in Naver Z's avatar social app, where users dress a 3D character, hang out in user-built worlds and buy items from the creator shop. ZEMS buy the premium items in the shop: branded and creator-made clothing, hairstyles, gestures and the limited collaboration drops, while Coins cover the everyday items and basic customisation. ZEPETO also sells a Premium membership, listed here as a one-month item. On Elitedias, ZEPETO ZEMS, Coin packs and the Premium membership are supplied through authorised distribution partners and credited within minutes of payment confirmation to the ZEPETO ID you enter. The form asks only for your ZEPETO ID, the short code shown on your profile page. Your ZEPETO password, phone number and linked social logins are never requested, and there is nothing to redeem inside the app.
How to Top Up Zepeto
- 1Open ZEPETO, tap Profile in the bottom-right corner, and copy the ZEPETO ID shown under your profile name. It is a short code, not your display name.

How do I find my ZEPETO ID?
Open ZEPETO and tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Your ZEPETO ID is the short code shown under your profile name, next to a copy icon; it is different from your display name, which can be changed. Tap the copy icon and paste the code into the order form. The ZEPETO ID is public and is what friends use to find you, so sharing it does not expose your account.
How long does a Zepeto ZEMS top-up take?
ZEMS are normally credited within minutes of payment confirmation. During Naver Z maintenance or right after a large patch, delivery can take longer because top-up requests queue until the game servers are back. If nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes, open the order status page linked in your confirmation, then message support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and we will check it against the distributor's delivery log.

What if I entered the wrong ZEPETO ID?
Check the ZEPETO ID before you pay, and make sure you entered the ID code rather than your display name. ZEMS are credited to whichever ID is on the order, and once Naver Z's system accepts the top-up it cannot be reversed or moved to another account. An order delivered to the wrong ID counts as delivered and is not refundable. If you notice a mistake immediately after paying, message support on WhatsApp or Telegram straight away.
Can I pay for Zepeto ZEMS with PayNow?
Yes. PayNow is listed at checkout for SGD orders, alongside Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, ShopeePay and Atome. Select PayNow, scan the QR code with your bank app and approve the transfer. The order moves to processing as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, and the ZEMS are then sent to the account you entered.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. You place the order in your browser on Elitedias and the ZEMS are credited to the Zepeto account you already play on. There is no app to install, no code to type in and nothing to redeem. Once the order status shows delivered, open Zepeto; if the new balance is not showing yet, close the game fully and reopen it so it refreshes from the server.
Is ZEPETO region-locked, and do I need to choose a server?
No. ZEPETO runs as a single global app with no separate regional servers, so there is no server to choose in the order form. ZEMS credited through Elitedias go to the ZEPETO ID itself and appear on any device you sign in with. The only requirement is that the ZEPETO ID is correct. If your balance has not updated after delivery, sign out and back in so the app refreshes from Naver Z's servers.
Can I get a refund?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if a pack is withdrawn or the publisher's system rejects the account. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because Naver Z provides no way to pull ZEMS back out of an account once they are credited. An order sent to the ID you typed in counts as delivered even if that ID was wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
