Hi there, sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately we can't look into specific orders through Trustpilot reviews. Please contact our support team at t.me/elitedias_bot or wa.link/elitedias with your order ID so we can check what happened and get it sorted for you. We typically respond within minutes, though we do ask for a bit of patience so we can properly investigate on our end.

No problem at all
Bought from here many times and each time it is seamless. It is cheaper than buying diamonds from the main platform. Highly recommended

Fake Double dias
When I bought from double dias page it wasn't doubled on my account, is it just error? Or is it scam? It was my first time buying from this platform.
View on TrustpilotReply from Elitedias · 13 Apr 2026
Hi there, we understand the frustration, but the double recharge/bonus diamonds are a promotion run by the game publisher (Moonton), not by us. We deliver the exact base diamond amount as listed on the product page. Whether bonus diamonds apply depends on your account's eligibility with the publisher. If you've purchased that denomination before from any platform, the first-purchase bonus won't apply again. If you believe there's a genuine discrepancy with your order, please contact us at t.me/elitedias_bot or wa.link/elitedias with your order ID and we will verify.

View on TrustpilotReply from Elitedias · 13 Apr 2026
