Product was not delivered after payment for more than 12 hours. Contacted support but only got reply 10 hours later that it was refunded.

Hi Muhammad, we understand the frustration, but the double recharge/bonus diamonds are a promotion run by the game publisher (Moonton), not by us. We deliver the exact base diamond amount as listed on the product page. Whether bonus diamonds apply depends on your account's eligibility with the publisher. If you've purchased that denomination before from any platform, the first-purchase bonus won't apply again.
