Did not receive diamonds
After making payment, I did not receive the diamonds immediately. It also seems like other buyers are experiencing the same issue. I texted the whatsapp and telegram provided and both said "Hi we are checking on the issue now. Please give us some time to get back to you again. Apologies for the delay." Update: They did respond to me and even credited extra diamonds. Though it is still quite worrying that they asked for my email address.

Not a bad website
I'm a frequent buyer, so i like this website alot. However as i tried to buy the honor of kings currency, i had the wait over 40+ mins, before getting them in the end. Still very thankful for the product.

IMO/MY FEEDBACK
1. Sometimes i did not receive order for pubg uc, also i get 10-80% of an order instead of 100%. Example i ordered 720 UC but i got 120 UC instead. 2. Support/Contact Team on Whatsapp, Telegram often did not reply to my chat everytime i have problem with my orders, they are sometimes so rude also. Please be nice to your customer as we spent money to your business, and your positive attitude will make us repeating order. 3. Overall I like how fast and instant it is, just need improvement what mentioned above. Thankyou please accept my honest feedback

I am satisfied for the first few…
I am satisfied for the first few purchases. However, as time goes by, the time taken to credit the in-game currency take a long time. This is not the only site with this issue. So, unless this issue is resolved, 3 star it is from me. Tbh, I want to rate it less than 3.

the transaction fee be killling me each time i do a transaction and what sucks is there is no option to purchase the pack multiple times and has to be done one by one, which is time consuming and annoying with yet another transaction fee. fix that?

The processing and payment are fast and easy but when I try to pay with my card it doesn't ask for permission as this might cause serious issue because someone might misuse the buyer payment system and the price is not too high but is on the costlier side as compare to some MLBB dias recharge store.

Hi Salsaba Thank you for the feedback. We have a lot of costs to upkeep the service compared to some other shops. We try our best to ensure that we price it such that it is still a lot cheaper compared to the prices in-game. If you feel that our prices are too high, you are free to try other services out, there are a lot of server costs involved to ensure that everything is delivered timely and the experience remains smooth
