There was a problem with recharging and the customer service did not respond.
An hour ago, I purchased 12000UC which is Rm575.98, but my pubg id only got 8000UC and the recharge rebate progress bar only added 6000UC. So I consulted your customer service but it has been more than an hour now. No reply

Payment went through and item wasn’t given in game. UserID was correct too. Whatsapp the support team and no one got back even after waiting for half an hour. So situation remains the same. My money is deducted and I didn’t receive anything
