slow response and not instant
it is cheaper than buying in game but it is not instant top up as advertised, and they respond to messages on whatsapp very slow.
Ver en TrustpilotRespuesta de Elitedias · 12 may 2025
We understand your frustration with the top-up process and the response time on WhatsApp. We strive to provide a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services. There were some technical issues that occured in the night which led to the delay in delivery. A usual order will always be delivered instantly. We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused

i purchased the double promo diamonds and yet i only recieved half‚ i was expecting for the 300 diamonds to come in to my account but when i opened my account i only recieved half.
Ver en TrustpilotRespuesta de Elitedias · 13 abr 2026
Hi there, the double recharge bonus is a promotion by the game publisher, not by us. We deliver the base diamond amount as listed. Whether you get bonus diamonds depends entirely on your account's eligibility with the publisher. If you've already purchased that denomination before (from any seller), the first-purchase bonus won't apply again. This is how the publisher's promotion works and it's not something we have control over.
