I'd have given it a 3-4 star because the transaction didn't go through after payment. But their support team helped me rectify the issue on their end promptly, and that's all that matters.

As mentioned previously, we were working to get UPI back I am glad to inform you that UPI option is back but we will review the efficiency of our current provider and evaluate whether it is good enough for us or not

trustworthy and most importantly you save money
It’s not a scam so it’s trustworthy, the only slight issue i had with payment is that i didn’t get a receipt and it was very unclear whether the payment had gone through and if i got my crystals. i had to go back to my game to confirm because after the payment was completed it just says “payment completed” and it does not revert you back to their website.

First time top up. Did not give me the entire bundle as stated. Spoke to them on whatsapp. Instead of rectifying the error from their own, or paying me back what they short changed me - just simply said "We can only say sorry" Said they didnt know this would happen until it happened to me. Great.

Hi there, I tried to contact you but there wasn't any reply We did not make any mistake, I believe your order was for Tower of Fantasy, I've personally checked and we did not under change you as Dark Crystals were removed for a period of time due to Midasbuy preparing for their upcoming promo I'm not sure if they did compensate you in the end but when we paid for it, we were not charged less but rather than same with our without dark crystals, hope this clarifies
