How to Find Your Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID (2026)

Where the Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID sit in the game, what the numbers look like, how the path differs by region, and the mistakes that send Diamonds to the wrong account.

Open Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the lobby, and look directly under your in-game name. The line reads ID: 123456789 (1234). The long number before the brackets is your User ID. The shorter number inside the brackets is your Zone ID, also called the Server ID. Both are needed for a Diamond top-up, and neither is a password.

Where is the User ID in Mobile Legends?

The ID lives on your profile sheet, not in the shop. From the main lobby, the screen you land on after the loading bar, tap the circular avatar at the top-left. That opens your profile. Your nickname sits at the top, and the ID line sits immediately beneath it. On Android a long press on the number copies it. On iOS there is a small copy icon beside it. The path is the same on both platforms.

If you are inside a custom room or a draft, the lobby is hidden and so is the avatar. Leave the room first. Guest accounts that have never been bound to a Moonton, Google or other login can show a partial ID until binding is complete, so bind the account before you top up.

What do the User ID and Zone ID look like?

Picture the profile sheet. Under the nickname there is one line of plain digits with a pair of round brackets near the end. Everything before the opening bracket is the User ID. Everything inside the brackets is the Zone ID. A typical account reads something like 123456789 (1234).

  • User ID: usually eight to ten digits. It identifies your account across the whole game.
  • Zone ID: a much shorter number, commonly four digits, sometimes three on older accounts. It identifies the server shard your account was created on.

Two accounts can share the same User ID on different zones, which is why every reputable top-up form asks for both halves. A User ID on its own is not enough to find you, in-game or at checkout.

Is the Zone ID the same as the Server ID or the region?

Zone ID and Server ID are two names for the same number. Guides written in Indonesia tend to say Zone ID, guides written in the Philippines and India often say Server ID, and Moonton's own UI has used both over the years. Whichever label a checkout form shows, it wants the number in the brackets.

The Zone ID is not a country code. Two friends in Singapore can sit on different zones, and one zone can hold accounts from several countries. What determines your store region is where the account was registered, which Moonton records separately. For how that affects which Elitedias listing you should buy from, read the companion guide on Zone IDs and regions.

Does the path differ by region or device?

No. Accounts registered in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brazil, Turkey or anywhere else show the ID in the same place, under the nickname on the profile sheet. The language of the interface changes, the position does not.

What does differ is the store the account can buy from, which depends on the region Moonton recorded at registration rather than on the ID itself. Type only the two numbers into the checkout form; anything else shown near the ID line is not part of the ID.

What are the most common mistakes when entering the ID?

Diamonds credited to the wrong account cannot be pulled back, so the mistakes below are worth a second look before you pay.

  1. Swapping the two numbers. The long number goes in the User ID field, the short one in the Zone ID field. Reversing them is the single most common top-up error.
  2. Pasting both halves into one field. The Elitedias form has a separate box for each. If you paste 123456789 (1234) into the User ID box, the check will fail.
  3. A one-digit typo. Re-copy from the profile sheet rather than retyping from memory or from a screenshot.
  4. Using a nickname instead of the ID. Nicknames can change and are not unique. Only the numeric ID identifies the account.
  5. Reading the ID off the wrong account. If several family members share a phone, confirm the nickname on the profile sheet matches the account you want to top up.

What does the Elitedias checkout ask for?

Step one of the Mobile Legends SG/MY page (Singapore) or the Malaysia version asks for exactly two things: User ID and Zone ID. The form then checks the account and shows the in-game nickname it found. If the nickname is right, pick a Diamond pack, choose a payment method and pay. The live price table is on the product page. Accounts registered outside Singapore and Malaysia use the standard Mobile Legends listing or the matching regional one.

No password, no Moonton login and no social login is ever requested. Any site that asks for those for a top-up should be treated with suspicion.

What if the checkout says the account cannot be found?

Nine times out of ten it is a digit error or a swapped field. Go back to the profile sheet, copy the ID afresh and try again. If the ID is correct and the check still fails, Moonton may be running maintenance, in which case the check comes back a short while later. If it still fails, message support on WhatsApp or Telegram with the ID and a screenshot of the profile sheet, and they will look at it before you pay.

Quick checklist before you pay

  • Avatar, top-left of the lobby, then the ID line under the nickname.
  • Long number first, bracketed number second.
  • Copy rather than retype.
  • Confirm the nickname shown at checkout matches your account.
  • Never share login details, only the two public IDs.

Moonton's official site for the game is m.mobilelegends.com. The ID format described here is the one shown in the live client as of the date above.
