Mobile Legends Zone ID and Regions: Which Listing to Use

How the Mobile Legends Zone ID relates to your account region, which Elitedias listing to use (SG/MY, Indonesia, Philippines or standard), and what checkout does on a mismatch.

Elitedias Team4 min read

The Zone ID in Mobile Legends identifies the server shard your account sits on. It does not map one-to-one to a country. What decides which store an account can buy from is the region Moonton recorded when the account was created. Elitedias checks that region at step one of checkout and shows the packs the account is allowed to buy, so a mismatch is caught before any money changes hands.

Checked on 13 October 2026.

What does the Zone ID actually represent?

Every Mobile Legends account is written as User ID (Zone ID), for example 123456789 (1234). The Zone ID is the shard. When Moonton creates a new account it assigns it to a server cluster, and the bracketed number is the label for that cluster. Players in the same country can land on different zones, and a single zone can contain accounts from several countries. So the Zone ID is essential for identifying the account, but it is not a reliable way to read off the country.

The region tag is a separate thing. Moonton records a registration region for each account, based on where the account was created, and that tag is what the regional stores check. Some clients show it as a small label beside the ID line on the profile sheet.

Why does the region matter for top-ups?

Moonton runs regional Diamond stores with different denominations and local pricing. An account registered in one region cannot buy from another region's store. This is enforced on Moonton's side, not by Elitedias. If a top-up is attempted against the wrong regional store, it is rejected at the publisher.

That is why Elitedias splits Mobile Legends into several listings rather than one. Each listing points at one regional store, and the checkout verifies the account against that store before it shows packs.

Which Elitedias Mobile Legends listing should you use?

Pick by where the account was registered, not by where you are sitting today.

  • Registered in Singapore or Malaysia: use Mobile Legends SG/MY, in Singapore dollars or Malaysian ringgit. It carries the SG/MY store denominations, from the 14-Diamond pack upwards, plus the Weekly Diamond Pass and the Elite packs.
  • Registered in Indonesia: use Mobile Legends Indonesia, which carries the Indonesian store's smaller denominations.
  • Registered in the Philippines: use Mobile Legends Philippines.
  • Registered anywhere else: use the standard Mobile Legends listing, which serves every region that does not have its own curated page. Turkey and Brazil also have dedicated listings in the catalogue.

The live price table for each is on its product page. If you are not sure where an account was registered, the standard listing's account check will tell you: it resolves the region and lists what the account can buy.

What happens at checkout if the region does not match?

Step one of every Mobile Legends listing asks for the User ID and Zone ID and checks the account before showing packs. Three outcomes are possible.

  1. The account matches the listing. The form shows the nickname it found and the pack list opens. Pick a pack, pay, and the Diamonds arrive within minutes of payment confirmation.
  2. The account exists but belongs to a different region. The page does not let you buy a pack that would be rejected. Instead it tells you the account cannot buy from this store and shows the packs that are available for it, from the listing that matches its region. You can continue from there without re-entering the ID.
  3. The account cannot be found. The form says so and asks you to re-check the two numbers. This is almost always a typo or swapped fields. If the ID is definitely correct, Moonton may be in maintenance; try again shortly, or message support on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Because the check happens before payment, a region mismatch never results in a paid order that cannot be delivered. There is also a dedicated Mobile Legends account check page that does the same resolution and lists everything the account is eligible for.

Can you change an account's region?

Not through Elitedias, and not easily at all. The registration region is set by Moonton when the account is created. Moving to another country does not change it: a Singapore-registered account used in London still buys from the SG/MY store. If you have a genuine reason to change region, that is a request for Moonton's in-game customer service, not a top-up shop.

Does the Zone ID ever change?

No. The Zone ID is fixed at account creation and stays with the account for life. If the number under your nickname looks different from what you remember, you are probably logged into a different account, which is worth checking before you top up.

Why do people confuse the Zone ID with the region?

Because many guides, and some regional clients, call it the Server ID, and "server" sounds like a location. It is better to think of it as a shard number. The region is a tag Moonton keeps alongside the account. The Elitedias checkout reads the tag; it does not guess from the shard.

Checklist for choosing the right listing

  • Know where the account was registered, not where you live now.
  • Singapore or Malaysia: Mobile Legends SG/MY. Indonesia or the Philippines: their own listings. Everywhere else: the standard listing.
  • Let the account check at step one confirm the nickname and region before you pay.
  • If the page says the account cannot buy from this store, follow the packs it offers instead; they are the ones that will deliver.
  • Only the User ID and Zone ID are ever requested. Never a password.

Moonton's official site for the game is m.mobilelegends.com. For where to find the two numbers in the first place, see how to find your Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID.
