The flash sale wasn’t very satisfactory…
The flash sale wasn’t very satisfactory because I didn’t receive my diamonds even at end of the day. Would recommend others to buy from their normal sale. That is instantaneous and so far I have been satisfied with that.

My order did not go through
My order did not go through even though I have paid for the diamonds I had purchased. I regular use this platform but recently it has a lot of issues and now that my money is gone and I still have not received the diamonds nor a reply from the admins even though I had inquiry the issues. This website is legit but with this I would say that there are too many times that issues like this occurs (editing the stars cause I was told to by elitedias telegram, yes I'm not joking)

Receiving my PUBG uc takes long time;hours.
Dear Elitedias Team, I am officially devastated but had no choice to keep purchasing due to it's trusted, safe platform and best prices. My payment mode via Paynow requires no waiting time means immediately. I can't possibly keep staring at my phone, waiting game not knowing when can i receive. Please do something about it. Please. Hi there, I believe the reason why it isn’t available has been stated when you’re about to check out. The RBI has restricted the sales of Mobile Legends diamonds to Indian users and because of that, we can’t support it at the moment. With regards Jordan Elitedias

Hi there, As stated in our terms and conditions, we do not refund any transaction that has been purchased on our website https://elitedias.com/terms-and-conditions/ You agreed to it when you've made the purchase. Refunds can't be made because the goods have been delivered, it cannot be taken out of the account because we are purchasing it through an authorised distributors. The only time a game publisher deducts the crystals/diamonds is when the purchase was deemed illegal on their end With regards Jordan Elitedias

As mentioned previously, we were working to get UPI back I am glad to inform you that UPI option is back but we will review the efficiency of our current provider and evaluate whether it is good enough for us or not

Hi there For Mobile Legends Diamond Packages They usually consist of 2 components: 1) Basic Diamonds 2) Bonus Diamonds Only the Basic Diamonds count for recharge events, this is a mechanism that Mobile Legends uses, it's not that you received less diamonds, but it's because of the basic diamonds component

A lot of things has to be factored in for the diamond prices 1) Instant availability means we have to incur infrastructure cost 2) Instant delivery means we will have to pay a company to verify the payment you’ve made 3) If you pay via SingTel Dash, do you know that we are charged 0.5 per transaction? 4) Marketing cost and GST also eats up into the price of the diamonds since we are absorbing GST for the consumers

Do let us know what we're lacking and contact us via WhatsApp: https://wa.link/elitedias Do understand that if price is your concern, there are several factors that affects the pricing decision: 1) FX fees paid 2) Processing fees paid 3) Price of hosting 4) Price of availability In order for us to provide instant delivery and payment automation, there are costs involved and thus the pricing decision If package availability is of concerns, we only offer packages that are economically feasible as we have to take fees into consideration, hope this helps
