paynow QR not working
all is well. except QR code for paynow is suddenly not working. i had to resort to paying the extra fees by using credit card. pls fix the pay now QR code.

My diamond didn't show on MLBB so message them on WhatsApp their time is only till midnight so need to wait than someone message me back around 3am passed and when I spoke to the guy he was a bit rude which was not at all good in the early morning

Transaction gotten really slow
I used to love buying via Elitedias because purchasing was very easy and the transaction for Honor of Kings was really quick (within a couple seconds or minutes). But now it takes 1-2 days to receive the tokens. Once you fix that, I will give a 5-star ranking.

Sometimes customer service doesn't…
Sometimes customer service doesn't respond in a while and sometimes diamonds are very slow to cash into the ML account once it took 3hours and I had to contact the staff on telegram

Limited Diamons only for affected areas
The diamonds are cheap. But for foreign account under indon, the options to buy diamonds for Mobile Legend is very limited only. The maxx i can buy is only at 4k diamond.
