To top up ML with GCash, open the Mobile Legends PH listing on Elitedias, enter your User ID and Zone ID, choose a Diamond pack, and pick GCash at the payment step. You approve the payment on the GCash screen, return to your order page, and the Diamonds are credited to the account you entered. Prices are shown in Philippine pesos, and no Moonton login or password is part of the form.

Which Mobile Legends listing is right for a Philippine account?

Moonton ties every Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account to the regional store it was registered in, and Diamonds have to come from that store. Accounts created in the Philippines use Mobile Legends PH, the listing that carries the PH store's packs: Diamond amounts from 5 up to 28,964, plus the Weekly Diamond Pass, Twilight Pass, Weekly Elite Pack, Monthly Elite Pack and Super Value Pass.

If your account was registered somewhere else, for example on a Singapore or Malaysia server, the account check at step one tells you before you pay. The Zone ID and regions guide explains which listing fits which account.

Where do you find your Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID?

  1. Open Mobile Legends and wait for the lobby to load.
  2. Tap your avatar in the top-left corner.
  3. Read the line under your nickname. The long number is your User ID; the shorter number in brackets is your Zone ID, for example 123456789 (2001).

The Elitedias form labels the second box "Server". That is where the Zone ID goes, without the brackets. Copy both numbers rather than retyping them, because one swapped digit sends the Diamonds to a different player. There is a longer walkthrough in how to find your Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID.

How do you top up ML Diamonds with GCash, step by step?

  1. Open the PH listing. Go to Mobile Legends PH. GCash is offered on orders paid in pesos. Visitors in the Philippines normally see pesos selected already; if another currency shows, set the Currency selector in the package step to PHP (₱).
  2. Enter your account details. Put the User ID in the User ID box and the Zone ID in the Server box, then tap Verify account details. The form checks the account before you pay. If it returns an in-game name that is not yours, stop and recheck the numbers.
  3. Choose a pack. Pick a Diamond amount, or a pass such as the Weekly Diamond Pass if you log in daily.
  4. Select GCash. At the payment step, choose GCash. Any processing fee for a method is shown before you confirm, so the total you see is the total you pay.
  5. Enter your contact details and pay. Give the email address you want the delivery email sent to, confirm, and approve the payment on the GCash screen that opens.
  6. Check your order page. After the payment goes through you land on your order page, which shows your order number and the live delivery status. Keep the order number.
  7. Open the game. When the order is delivered, a delivery email goes to the address you entered and the Diamonds appear in your balance. Restart the game once if the balance has not refreshed.

What other payment methods work for peso orders?

GCash is not the only option on a PHP order. The payment step on a peso order lists:

  • GCash, approved on the GCash screen.
  • Philippines Online Banking, paid through your own bank's online login.
  • Credit/Debit Card, Visa or Mastercard.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay, from the wallet on your phone.
  • WeChat Pay and AlipayHK, for buyers who hold those wallets.

Where a method carries a processing fee, it is displayed at checkout before you confirm. Payments run through Airwallex, a regulated payment gateway, and Elitedias never sees or stores your full card number or your GCash login.

How long does delivery take?

Elitedias tops up Mobile Legends through authorised distribution partners. The refund policy states that most orders are credited within minutes of payment confirmation, and that delivery can take longer during a publisher's scheduled maintenance. If your order is still pending 15 minutes after payment, message support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number.

What happens if you enter the wrong User ID or Zone ID?

Elitedias issues a refund only when it cannot deliver the order you paid for. Once Diamonds are delivered to the User ID and Zone ID entered at checkout, the order cannot be refunded, even if those numbers belonged to the wrong account, because Moonton provides no way to reverse a delivery.

If you notice a mistake, message support on WhatsApp or Telegram straight away. A wrong-account top-up can sometimes be stopped if the publisher has not processed it yet, but that cannot be guaranteed. The account check at step two is the best moment to catch a typo.

When an order cannot be delivered, for example because a pack is no longer available, the full amount goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or wallet may take up to 14 business days to show it.

Common questions from Philippine players

Can I use GCash for Mobile Legends on Elitedias?

Yes. GCash is enabled for orders paid in Philippine pesos. Choose it at the payment step on the Mobile Legends PH page and approve the payment on the GCash screen.

Does Elitedias ask for my Moonton password or GCash PIN?

No. The Mobile Legends form asks only for the User ID and Zone ID. Your GCash approval happens on the GCash screen, not in an Elitedias form.

Can I top up a friend's account with my GCash?

Yes. Enter your friend's User ID and Zone ID, check that the in-game name the form returns is theirs, then pay with your own GCash. Diamonds sent to the wrong account cannot be moved.

How do I contact support?

Support runs 24/7 on WhatsApp and Telegram. Send your order number and a short description, and someone will check the order with you.

Patch notes and events are posted on Moonton's Mobile Legends site at m.mobilelegends.com. GCash's own help pages are at gcash.com.
