Top up period too long
Top up waiting period took more than an hour, had to keep chasing operators for it and replies were slow.

it is cheaper than buying in game but it is not instant top up as advertised, and they respond to messages on whatsapp very slow.

Whether you get bonus diamonds depends entirely on your account's eligibility with the publisher. If you've already purchased that denomination before (from any seller), the first-purchase bonus won't apply again. This is how the publisher's promotion works and it's not something we have control over.

A new update on elitedias then my purchase started to have problem.
I contacted a week ago they told me my account is not a mobile legends account but I have been buying with this account for a few years now and is it when you guys have an update my purchase then have problem. This happened recently..

Some (not all) diamonds are on cheaper side and delivery has been instant for me so far. However, customer service is non-existent regardless of which channel (Telegram, WhatsApp, email) as nobody will reply you. Maybe okay to purchase low amount. Spend big amount at your own risk.

After you buy something
After you buy something, you cannot buy again. The tahnk you page doesn't redirect back. You have to go back to home page and reenters your UID again and again and again. Horrible UX.

Speed of delivering commodity
the speed of delivering things are too slow, nearly everytime need to wait several hours and need to contact with the manual customer service to sort this out, because the robot behind it sometimes does not do the order

They sell cheap ml diamonds but whenever there is a recharge event, their API is always down. Which will make me recharge from other website.
