Mobile Legends Starlight vs Starlight Plus: Which Tier in 2026?

What the Starlight and Starlight Plus memberships include in 2026, how each is bought with Diamonds inside Mobile Legends, and which tier suits which kind of player.

Elitedias Team5 min read

Starlight is the monthly membership in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. The standard tier unlocks the month's Starlight skin, a bundle of Crystals of Aurora and the Starlight reward track. Starlight Plus includes everything in the standard tier and adds an immediate level jump plus a bonus on Starlight Points from tasks. Both are bought inside the game with Diamonds, which is why most players top up Diamonds first.

Checked on 13 October 2026.

What does the standard Starlight membership include?

The standard tier is built around one thing: the featured Starlight skin for the month, unlocked at membership level one the moment you buy. Each month Moonton rotates in a new skin, and that skin then retires from the Starlight page. Recent months have featured Freya, Harith and Hayabusa.

Alongside the skin, the standard bundle has included 300 Crystals of Aurora. Crystals of Aurora are a separate currency spent only in the Exquisite Collection draw. They do not convert back to Diamonds and they carry over month to month, so a player who subscribes regularly builds a stock for a specific Exquisite skin.

Membership also opens the Starlight reward track: daily and weekly tasks that pay out Starlight Points, with level rewards along the way (borders, avatars, emotes, Starlight Fragments and painted skin options). Perks while active include an EXP and Battle Point boost per match, protection points on ranked losses, and a larger friend list. Third-party guides and the in-game page list these; the exact perk set shifts slightly from month to month, so the in-game Starlight page is the final word.

What does Starlight Plus add on top?

Starlight Plus is the same membership with two accelerators attached.

  • An immediate level jump. As listed on the in-game purchase screen through 2026, Plus upgrades the Starlight track by fifteen levels the moment you buy. That pushes you straight past the early rewards and towards the higher-level cosmetics.
  • A bonus on Starlight Points. Plus multiplies the Starlight Points you earn from tasks, listed as a thirty percent bonus on the 2026 purchase screen. If you play daily, that is the difference between finishing the track with a week to spare and scraping it on the last day.

Plus has also shown a premium privilege area on the purchase screen, with extras that vary by month. Treat anything beyond the level jump and the Points bonus as a month-specific bonus rather than a fixed feature.

How many Diamonds do Starlight and Starlight Plus cost?

Moonton prices Starlight in Diamonds, not in local currency, and the figure has changed more than once. Guides that captured the in-game purchase screen between June and October 2026 show the standard membership at 300 Diamonds and Starlight Plus at 750 Diamonds per month, with the difference between the two tiers charged as an upgrade if you move from standard to Plus mid-month. Older articles quote lower figures from before the revamp.

Because the price is set in-game and can be revised by Moonton, treat 300 and 750 as the figures at the time of writing and check the Starlight page in your client before you top up. First-time buyers have also been offered a discounted or Rookie edition in some months, which is why screenshots sometimes show a different number.

How is Starlight bought with Diamonds?

Starlight is not a separate product you buy on Elitedias. The flow is: top up Diamonds to your account, then buy the membership inside the game.

  1. Top up Diamonds on the Mobile Legends SG/MY page (Singapore) or the Malaysia page. Enter your User ID and Zone ID, pick a pack that covers the tier you want, and pay. The live price table is on the product page. Accounts registered elsewhere use the standard Mobile Legends listing.
  2. Open the game and wait for the Diamonds to land. Delivery is within minutes of payment confirmation, longer only during Moonton maintenance.
  3. Open the Starlight tab from the lobby, choose Starlight or Starlight Plus, and confirm. The Diamonds are deducted and the skin unlocks immediately.

If you already hold the standard membership and want Plus, the Starlight page offers an upgrade for the difference. Rewards you skipped earlier in the month are not always granted retroactively, so decide on the tier early in the Starlight month rather than late.

Which tier suits which player?

Choose standard Starlight if

  • You want the month's skin and little else. The skin alone is the headline item, and it is included at level one.
  • You play most days anyway. Daily tasks will carry you through the track without the Points bonus.
  • You are saving Crystals of Aurora for an Exquisite Collection skin and want the monthly 300 at the lowest Diamond cost.

Choose Starlight Plus if

  • You play in bursts, miss days, and want the fifteen-level head start so the track still completes.
  • You are chasing the higher-level Starlight rewards rather than just the skin.
  • You are subscribing late in the Starlight month and need the level jump to catch up.

Skip both if

  • You do not like the featured hero this month. Starlight skins rotate out, but your Diamonds do not expire, so holding them for a month you care about costs nothing.

Does Starlight renew automatically?

Diamonds topped up through Elitedias are a one-off purchase; nothing recurs. Whether the membership itself renews depends on how you buy it in the game, so check the Starlight page for any renewal setting before confirming, and if you ever bought through Apple or Google billing, check that store's subscription list as well.

Does buying Diamonds on Elitedias change how Starlight works?

No. Diamonds delivered through Elitedias arrive in the same balance as an in-app purchase, through authorised distributors, and Starlight bought with them behaves exactly the same. Only the User ID and Zone ID are needed at checkout, never a password. If a top-up has not arrived after fifteen minutes, message support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number.

Moonton's official site for the game is m.mobilelegends.com. Membership contents and Diamond costs above reflect the in-game purchase screen as captured by independent guides between June and October 2026.
