About Garena Undawn Top Up
Garena Undawn RC is the paid currency in the Garena edition of Undawn, the open-world survival shooter developed by Lightspeed Studios. RC is spent in the in-game store on items such as outfits and supply packs and on the resources that speed up base building and gearing, which the free currencies cover only slowly. The Garena edition runs on its own servers with its own RC wallet, separate from the Level Infinite global release, so this page is for accounts on the Garena servers only. Elitedias sources Garena Undawn RC through authorised distribution partners and credits it directly to the account whose Player ID you enter; there is no code to redeem. Delivery normally completes within minutes of payment confirmation and can take longer during Garena maintenance. The order form asks for your Player ID, found from your avatar in the top left of the screen, and nothing else; a password is never requested. Singapore customers can pay with PayNow, cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How to Top Up Garena Undawn
- 1Open Garena Undawn and tap your avatar in the upper left corner of the screen. Select More beside your player name; your Player ID is displayed there, and it also appears under the Basic Info tab. Copy the number exactly.
- 2Pick the RC pack you want from the list on this page, then enter your Player ID in the order form. Double-check every digit before you continue.
- 3Choose a payment method. Singapore customers can pay with PayNow, a Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay; Alipay, ShopeePay and Atome are also listed at checkout.
- 4Complete the payment in your wallet, banking app or card screen. You will see an order confirmation page with an order number as soon as the payment clears.
- 5Wait for delivery, which is normally within minutes of payment confirmation. Open the game and check your balance; message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with the order number if anything looks wrong.
Why Choose Elitedias for Garena Undawn Top Up?
Authorised sourcing, credited to your game account
Garena Undawn RC is sourced through authorised distribution partners and credited directly to the Garena account whose Player ID you enter. No voucher and nothing to install; the RC appears in your in-game balance.
Only your Player ID is needed
The checkout asks for your Player ID and nothing else. That is information other players can already see, so there is nothing sensitive to hand over. Elitedias never asks for your password, your login details or access to your game account.
Public reviews on Trustpilot
Reviews of Elitedias are published on Trustpilot where anyone can read them, including the critical ones. The rating shown on this site is pulled live from Trustpilot rather than typed in by us, so what you see is the current score.
Support on WhatsApp and Telegram
If an order is slow, or you think you typed the wrong Player ID, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. Support runs around the clock and a person checks the order with you rather than pointing you to a form.
Popular Garena Undawn Packages
The 101 and 141 RC packs cover a single store item or a small supply pack. 203 and 410 RC suit a mid-range outfit or a couple of weekly offers. 615 and 720 RC are for players who buy across the store rather than one item at a time, and larger RC packs are listed on this page too. Pick the pack closest to the store price of what you want to avoid leaving a small balance behind.
Secure Payment Methods
Payment methods available in USD: Credit/Debit Card, USDT (Binance Pay), Apple Pay, USDC (Binance Pay), Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, AlipayHK, Skrill, Klarna, Afterpay.
Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant gateways and Elitedias never stores your card details. PayNow, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, ShopeePay and Atome are listed at checkout for Singapore orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my Garena Undawn Player ID?
Open Garena Undawn and tap your avatar in the upper left corner of the screen to open your profile. Tap More next to your player name and your Player ID is shown there; the same number appears under the Basic Info tab. Enter that number on the order form rather than your player name, because names can change while the Player ID stays fixed to your account.
How long does delivery take, and what if nothing arrives?
Orders are normally delivered within minutes of payment confirmation, and your order page updates once the RC has been sent. Delivery can take longer while the publisher runs maintenance. If nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes, first check that the Player ID on your order matches the one shown in the game. Then message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and we will check the delivery status with you.
Is it safe to buy Garena Undawn RC from Elitedias?
Yes. Elitedias sources Garena Undawn RC through authorised distribution partners and credits it to the game account you specify. The checkout asks only for your Player ID, which is not a secret, and we never ask for a password or login details. Payments go through PCI DSS compliant gateways and card numbers are not stored. Customer reviews are public on Trustpilot, and the score shown on this site is updated live from there.
What happens if I enter the wrong Player ID?
Check the Player ID carefully before you pay. Once a top-up has been credited to an account, the publisher provides no way to reverse or move it, so an order sent to a wrong Player ID cannot be refunded. If you spot a mistake straight after paying, contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been sent we will try to stop it, but we cannot promise that it can be stopped in time.
Can I pay with PayNow?
Yes. PayNow is available at checkout for Singapore orders, alongside Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, ShopeePay and Atome. Select PayNow, scan the QR code with your banking app and approve the transfer. The order is confirmed as soon as the payment clears, and the RC is sent to your game account within minutes. The full list of methods is always shown on the checkout page.
Do I need to install or redeem anything?
No. The RC is credited directly to your game account using the Player ID you enter at checkout. There is no code to redeem, no extra app to install, and nothing to log in to apart from the game itself. Once the order is marked as delivered, open the game and check your balance. If the new balance does not show straight away, closing and reopening the game usually refreshes it.
Is this the same as the Level Infinite global version of Undawn?
No. This page is for the Garena edition of Undawn, which runs on Garena's own servers with its own RC wallet. The Level Infinite global release is a separate version, and RC from this page cannot be credited to a global account. If you installed Undawn through Garena and log in with a Garena account, you are in the right place; if your game shows Level Infinite branding on the login screen, you need a different page.
What is the refund policy?
A refund is given only when Elitedias cannot deliver your order, for example when the publisher's top-up service is unavailable and the order has to be cancelled. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because publishers provide no way to reverse a top-up once it has been credited. An order sent to a wrong Player ID counts as delivered and is not refundable. When an order is cancelled, the money goes back to the payment method you used.
