About LifeAfter Top Up
Credits are the paid currency in LifeAfter, NetEase's open-world survival game set after a viral outbreak, running since November 2018 on iOS, Android and PC. Credits are spent in the in-game Mall on outfits, furniture formulas, weapon skins, Mystery Boxes and the monthly packs that stock your camp with materials. They are separate from New Dollars and Gold Bars, which you earn in the world and trade between survivors. Elitedias sources LifeAfter Credits through authorised distribution partners and credits them to your account within minutes of payment confirmation, with nothing to redeem. The form asks for your Account ID and your server, chosen from a list. No password or NetEase login is requested. Because LifeAfter characters live on a specific server, the Credits go to the character on the server you select, so match it to the one shown on your character screen. Twelve denominations are listed, from 55 to 2,750 Credits. Singapore buyers pay in SGD with PayNow, cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Where do I find my LifeAfter Account ID?
Open LifeAfter and log in to the character you want to top up. Tap Settings in the top-right corner of the screen; your Account ID is shown on that screen. Copy it exactly into the Elitedias form, then choose your server from the list at checkout, matching the server name shown on your character selection screen. Credits go to the character on that server, so check both before paying.
How long does LifeAfter top-up take, and what if it has not arrived after 15 minutes?
The Credits are credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation in normal conditions. Delivery can take longer while NetEase runs maintenance or during a large in-game event. If nothing has arrived after 15 minutes, restart the game first so the balance refreshes, then message Elitedias on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. We check the order with the distributor and reply in the same chat.

Do I need to install anything or log in to receive the Credits?
No. Elitedias credits the Credits to the account behind your Account ID, so there is no app to install, no browser extension, no code to redeem and no login to share. You only need LifeAfter installed on your own device to see the balance. After the order shows as delivered, open the game or restart it if it was already running and the new balance appears in your account.
Which LifeAfter servers can be topped up, and how do I know which one I am on?
The Elitedias checkout shows a list of LifeAfter servers taken from the publisher's own top-up centre, and you pick yours from it. Your server name appears on the character selection screen when you log in, so compare the two before paying. Credits are delivered to the character on the server you choose and cannot be moved to another server afterwards. If your server is not in the list, message WhatsApp or Telegram before ordering.
Can I get a refund on a LifeAfter order?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if the pack is unavailable from the distributor or the Account ID fails validation before delivery. Once the Credits have been credited to an account, the order cannot be refunded, because NetEase provides no way to reverse a delivery. That includes orders sent to a wrong Account ID. If an order looks stuck, message WhatsApp or Telegram and we will check it.
