If you play on more than one server, place a separate order for each, since Diamonds do not transfer between servers.
Can I get a refund?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if a pack is withdrawn or the publisher's system rejects the account. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because Moonton provides no way to pull Diamonds back out of an account once they are credited. An order sent to the ID you typed in counts as delivered even if that ID was wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
