Scammed??
There's usually no issues when i purchase from elitedias but this time, when i made a purchase for 344 diamonds, the diamonds have not been delivered and the webpage keeps stating that there is a system issue. What makes it even worse is that the admins/ service hotline is totally useless, i contacted them through both Whatsapp and Telegram, the admin from Whatsapp literally just stopped replying me halfway and the telegram admin told me that they are now processing all the 'stucked' orders. It has literally been 30 mins, what even happened to their promise of delivering diamonds instantly...

Hi Char, we understand the frustration, but the double recharge/bonus diamonds are a promotion run by the game publisher (Moonton), not by us. We deliver the exact base diamond amount as listed on the product page. Whether bonus diamonds apply depends on your account's eligibility with the publisher. If you've purchased that denomination before from any platform, the first-purchase bonus won't apply again. Dear Zhi Kai, This is why sometimes it is helpful to read description of the product that’s put in place right before the checkout button. In order for you to qualify for the recharge event, you’ll need to buy the 344 diamonds package. 257 is insufficient because only 234 of those diamonds are considered for the recharge event as they only consider basic diamonds. To prove that you received 257 diamonds, head to settings, select records, you’ll see +234 and +23 diamonds. I hope this explanation helps With regards Team Elitedias

Incoherent replies and late diamonds
I ordered the $7.60 package for mobile legends diamonds at 4:06pm and only received it a full 5 hours later after trying to contact them from around 5 only to be told 5-10 mins then to go mia without any delivery.

Hi there There are stringent policies behind the purchase of gift cards that we do not reveal so that it does not get abused. If your gift card purchase did not come, it is likely that your transaction is deemed fraudulent and would be eventually refunded after investigations has been done on the transaction itself.
