I hope you guys can improve on the part of informing me once the transaction is done. The reason is because apparently the transaction for my account was done but I only manage to find out after contacting the admin, though when i login there were 3 players un sold in the transfer list, resulting the coins not to be exactly 5 million which I ordered but lesser by a few hundred thousand.

For Singtel Dash, It is a manual, process, we aren't there to monitor it 24/7 It is a service that we decided to try out, we could do away with Singtel Dash entirely and not allow purchases through Singtel Dash, but we decided to help out our under aged users who wish to purchase but do not have any other payment methods for them to do so I hope you do understand that since the process is manual, it requires somebody to be there in order for us to process it Cheers, Jordan Elitedias

If you do not receive your diamonds within this period of time, chances are the gateway has rejected your payment and you’ll receive your refund within 1-7 days depending on your banking partner A review isn’t a good way to get help, please do contact us so we can directly help you :)

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback The prices of diamonds are calculated based on a few things: 1) Fees paid to payment gateway 2) FX middle rate 3) Availability of service 4) Cost of infrastructure To provide diamonds that are readily available with automated delivery, there's some costs involved. If you think that the diamonds are expensive, please do not purchase the product and leave a bad review, instead you should purchase from a cheaper vendor :)

Hi there, the diamonds prices cost a lot if you add the processing fees we have to pay on top of what you've paid. It is as cheap as cheap can be for the speed of delivery and availability mate :X
