Receiving my PUBG uc takes long time;hours.
Dear Elitedias Team, I am officially devastated but had no choice to keep purchasing due to it's trusted, safe platform and best prices. My payment mode via Paynow requires no waiting time means immediately. I can't possibly keep staring at my phone, waiting game not knowing when can i receive. Please do something about it. Please. Customer service is good but…
Had issue with order not being processed after a long time. Contacted customer service and got the issue resolved. Good customer service but the main service offered in the first place can be drastically improved. Suggesting to remove the ‘instantly processed’ for ShopeePay so the same issue does not happen to others. Thanks
