For Singtel Dash, It is a manual, process, we aren't there to monitor it 24/7 It is a service that we decided to try out, we could do away with Singtel Dash entirely and not allow purchases through Singtel Dash, but we decided to help out our under aged users who wish to purchase but do not have any other payment methods for them to do so I hope you do understand that since the process is manual, it requires somebody to be there in order for us to process it Cheers, Jordan Elitedias

Hi there, If you've received an email asking for a review, that means that the order has been completed, this typically means that the email has been sent out, you'll have to check all your email folders as sometimes our emails fall into the "Updates" folder instead of the "Primary" folder, it may sometime be added to the "Spam" folder as well so the best way to search for the code is: 1) Click on "All emalil", if it's not there 2) Click on "Spam", you should be able to find your code in either one of the folders Cheers Jordan Elitedias
