About Crossout Mobile Top Up
Crossout Mobile is the vehicle-combat game from Gaijin Entertainment and Targem Games, where you build armoured cars from parts and fight in PvP and PvE missions. The packs on this page are the shard bundles sold in the in-game store, from A few shards up to A mountain of shards, plus the Aberration pack. Shards are spent in the store on parts, cosmetics and the bundles that rotate through the shop. On Elitedias the pack is credited to your account through authorised distribution partners. You enter your player ID, pay, and the pack appears in game within minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery can take longer while Gaijin is running maintenance. The form asks for your player ID only. No Gaijin account login, password or verification code is requested. Check the ID carefully: a pack delivered to the wrong account cannot be moved afterwards.
How to Top Up Crossout Mobile
- 1Open Crossout Mobile and open your profile from the main screen. Your player ID is shown on the profile. Copy it exactly as displayed.
- 2On the Elitedias product page, enter the player ID and choose a shard pack.
- 3Choose a payment method. Malaysia buyers can pay with Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking or Boost.
- 4Confirm the player ID and pack on the summary screen, then approve the payment.
- 5Return to Crossout Mobile once the order page shows delivered. The shards are credited to that player ID and show in the store.
Why Choose Elitedias for Crossout Mobile Top Up?
Sourced through authorised distributors
Elitedias buys Crossout Mobile top-ups through authorised distribution partners and credits them straight to the account you enter at checkout. There is no code to redeem and nothing to install. The order page shows the status of each step until the delivery is confirmed.
Only public IDs, never your login
The checkout asks for the public identifiers the publisher uses to route a top-up, nothing more. Elitedias never asks for your password, your email login or any verification code. If a message claiming to be from Elitedias asks for those, it is not from us.
Public reviews on Trustpilot
Customer reviews for Elitedias sit on Trustpilot, where anyone can read them and the score updates as new reviews come in. Nothing is curated on our side. Read the recent ones before you order if you have not bought from us before.
Support on WhatsApp and Telegram
If an order is delayed or you entered the wrong details, message the Elitedias team on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. A person checks the order against the distributor record and replies on the same channel. Support runs around the clock.
Popular Crossout Mobile Packages
A few shards and A fistful of shards are the small packs, enough for a single part or cosmetic from the store. A bunch of shards and A pile of shards cover a store bundle or several parts for a new build. A mountain of shards is the largest pack and suits players who buy the seasonal bundles. The Aberration pack is a fixed bundle rather than a shard amount, so check its contents on the pack before choosing.
Secure Payment Methods
Payment methods available in MYR: Credit/Debit Card, FPX, DuitNow, WeChat Pay, Boost, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, AlipayHK, Apple Pay, 7-Eleven Malaysia, Google Pay, ShopeePay.
Payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant gateways and Elitedias never stores your card details. The methods available for your order are listed at checkout, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, 7-Eleven, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my Crossout Mobile player ID?
Open Crossout Mobile and open your profile from the main screen. The player ID is shown on your profile as a number. Copy it exactly as displayed, because the pack is credited to the account attached to that ID. If you play on more than one account, log in to the one you want credited before copying the ID.
How long does delivery take, and what if it has not arrived after fifteen minutes?
Most Crossout Mobile orders are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. The shards show in your in-game store balance; relaunch the game if it has not refreshed. Delivery can take longer when the publisher is running maintenance or when the distributor queue is busy. If your order still shows as processing after fifteen minutes, message Elitedias support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and the team will check it against the distributor record.
Is it safe to top up Crossout Mobile on Elitedias?
Yes. Elitedias sources Crossout Mobile top-ups through authorised distribution partners and credits them to your account using only your public player ID. No password, login or verification code is ever requested, so nobody at Elitedias can access your account. Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant gateways and your card details are not stored. Reviews from previous customers are public on Trustpilot.
What happens if I enter the wrong ID?
Check the player ID carefully before you pay. A top-up sent to the wrong account cannot be pulled back, because the publisher provides no way to reverse a delivery, so orders delivered to an incorrect ID are not refundable. If you notice a mistake straight after paying, message Elitedias support on WhatsApp or Telegram immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been submitted to the distributor, the team can try to correct it.
Can I pay with Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow?
Yes. Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are both listed at checkout for Malaysia orders on Elitedias, alongside FPX online banking, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, cash payment at 7-Eleven, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Approve the payment in your wallet or banking app and the order moves to processing once the gateway confirms it. All payments run through PCI DSS compliant gateways, and no card details are stored.
Do I need to install anything to top up?
No. Elitedias is a website and there is nothing to download, no launcher and no extension. The game is only needed to look up your player ID and to spend the shards. Open the Crossout Mobile page, enter your details, pay and keep the game installed as normal so you can log in and see the top-up arrive. You can order from a phone or desktop browser.
Is Crossout Mobile available in Singapore and Malaysia?
Crossout Mobile launched in stages by country, so availability depends on whether the App Store or Google Play lists it in your region. If you already have the game installed and can log in, your account can be topped up here using the player ID on your profile. If the game is not listed in your store region, you will not be able to create an account to credit. Message Elitedias support on WhatsApp or Telegram if you are unsure.
What is the refund policy?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if the distributor rejects it or the ID fails validation. In that case the full amount is returned to the original payment method. Once a Crossout Mobile top-up has been delivered it cannot be refunded or reversed, because the publisher does not provide any way to take a delivered top-up back. This includes orders sent to a player ID that turned out to be wrong.
