Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Elitedias. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services at elitedias.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Elitedias Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong that operates an online platform for the purchase and delivery of in-game currency, top-ups, and digital items for mobile and PC games.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use our services. If you are under the legal age, you may only use our platform with parental or guardian consent. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Services

Elitedias provides a platform for purchasing in-game currency and digital top-ups for supported games. We work with authorized distributors to fulfill orders. Product availability, pricing, and supported games may change at any time without prior notice.

All products are digital and delivered electronically to the game account specified during purchase. We do not sell physical goods.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your game account details and contact information. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your game User ID and Server ID.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. All prices include applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through one of our supported payment methods before your order is processed.

5. Delivery

Most orders are credited to your game account within minutes of payment confirmation. During a publisher's scheduled maintenance it can take longer. If your order is still pending 15 minutes after payment, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and we will chase it.

You can track your order status at any time using the order number provided at checkout via our Track Order page.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases on Elitedias are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital game currency delivery, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once an order has been processed.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Successfully delivered orders: once in-game currency has been delivered to your game account, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed
  • Incorrect game account information: if you provide the wrong User ID, Server ID, or other account details, we cannot redirect or recover the delivered items
  • Change of mind: requests to cancel or reverse an order after payment has been made
  • Price differences: if the price of a product changes after your purchase
  • Game account issues: bans, suspensions, or restrictions on your game account are outside our control

Exceptions

A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order you paid for. Delivered orders cannot be refunded: game publishers provide no mechanism to reverse a delivery and no refund interface or request portal to distributors, so once credit is in the account it cannot be taken back by Elitedias or the publisher.

If your order has not been delivered, contact our support team on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. See our refund policy. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered order is a violation of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including banning the user from our platform and reporting fraudulent chargeback activity to the relevant authorities.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Account Information and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact information and game account details. Some games require login details for delivery. Enter them only in the checkout form; our support staff will never ask for them in chat or by message.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Provide false or misleading information when placing orders
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with our platform or payment systems
  • Use stolen payment methods or engage in fraudulent transactions
  • Resell products purchased through our platform without authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and ban users who violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on elitedias.com, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Elitedias Limited or its licensors. Game names, logos, and related assets are trademarks of their respective owners. Elitedias is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elitedias provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, game account issues, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party payment processors and game distributors. These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
