No refund
They never give refunds
View on TrustpilotReply from Elitedias · 31 Dec 2024
Hi Eldrian We understand your frustration with our refund policy. We strive to provide excellent service and are committed to addressing your concerns. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we will use it to improve our processes. We did not refund you because of the following reasons: 1) In our terms of service, we clearly stated that all purchases are not refundable, please check what you're purchasing is what you need 2) We displayed a popup stating that the topup is meant for Singapore and Malaysian accounts only 3) There are alternate ways to use the currencies you purchase With regards Team Elitedias

Hi there, we're sorry your experience wasn't up to standard. Most of our orders complete within a minute, though delays can occasionally happen during peak periods or when there are upstream issues with the game publisher. That's not the norm for us and we're always working to improve. If you're still waiting on anything or have unresolved issues, please reach out to us at t.me/elitedias_bot or wa.link/elitedias and we'll get it sorted.
