took so long to get the diamonds i thought i got scammed a person was very rude and js said that it was my problem
View on TrustpilotReply from Elitedias · 13 Apr 2026
Hi toogoodlol, we understand the frustration, but the double recharge/bonus diamonds are a promotion run by the game publisher (Moonton), not by us. We deliver the exact base diamond amount as listed on the product page. Whether bonus diamonds apply depends on your account's eligibility with the publisher. If you've purchased that denomination before from any platform, the first-purchase bonus won't apply again. If you believe there's a genuine discrepancy with your order, please contact us at t.me/elitedias_bot or wa.link/elitedias with your order ID and we will verify.

I am satisfied for the first few purchases. However, as time goes by, the time taken to credit the in-game currency take a long time. This is not the only site with this issue. So, unless this issue is resolved, 3 star it is from me. Tbh, I want to rate it less than 3.
