A bumpy purchase
I did not receive the genesis crystals after a $120 SGD purchase , after I went to ask for help from the staff, the reason they gave me was “ It got stuck” I wished to know more about it, but his apathetic attitude discouraged me from doing so, and then I did not. Although in the end I did manage to get back my crystals, but the experience was unpleasant because it made me experience the fear of being scammed/ making a huge Mistake. Edit: After talking with the staff, I found out that the incident was not within their control but they did in the end explained to me what happened. Thank you for clarifying my doubts 😀

Trustworthy Platform for MLBB’ Diamonds
This platform is my go to buy diamonds for MLBB. Reliable and efficient process. Offered varieties of promo to suit my budget. No doubt will use this platform again for MLBB in the future!

Check diamonds sent - Resolved by CSO
ORIGINAL can you please check how many diamonds was sent? the double 11 wish bonus token recharge 500 diamonds but it says i only charge 456 when i bought a 504 package. Revised After CSO clarfication I confirm I've received the 504 diamonds. CSO informed me 'Bonus Diamonds' are not counted to towards MLBB recharge events. 504 diamonds is actually 456 diamonds + 48 bonus To know what counts to recharge event ; you should read carefully and buy the recommended package. This applies to iOS store purchases as well ; just that it normally i recharge 250 + bonus 25 or 500 + bonus 65 so never encounter this issue. To be fair - I've received all diamonds I've ordered - this "bonus diamonds" is a mlbb practice which is confusing.
