As mentioned previously, we were working to get UPI back I am glad to inform you that UPI option is back but we will review the efficiency of our current provider and evaluate whether it is good enough for us or not

Bought diamonds, received in account 30 seconds after payment. Even told me that the diamonds weren't enough for the recharge event.

Diamonds only send half of it
Diamonds only send half of it , the other half was sent later on 2-3 hours. Very disappointing as I had always had smooth transactions with elitedias :(

Hi there, Please be assured that your order was paid for, the delay was on Moonton's end as it was an event and it was a high ticket event, therefore sometimes they do have some delays We apologise for the inconvenience caused on behalf of our upstream providers and Moonton, the publisher of the game
