Bull shit customer service standard
CODM CP requires UID verification, my verification says invalid, went to the whatsapp support, sent 2 images, 1 of my account uid in the game itself, and 1 of the error message, Reply gotten was no images were received, i sent them 3 times. Proceeded to explain the issue and the error message, reply was that i keyed in the wrong UID. Explained that there is only 1 UID in the game, and i provided my UID to check, no response for 5 minutes, so i chatted again, and reply given was, "what order ID do you have? ill take a look" , The conversation was resetted by a robot who claims to be human. In the end, was informed that CODM Garena SG was actually not available and for sale. BUT WAIT, its active on the website, so i chatted them after some time again, and they said it was available. Wasted 45 minutes of my time, what a bunch of morons. I have screenshots of the conversation, will spread it around.

Hi Rodneybong, the double recharge bonus is a promotion run by Moonton (the game publisher), not by us. We only deliver the base diamond amount. Whether you receive bonus diamonds depends on your account's eligibility with Moonton. If you've already purchased that denomination before from any seller, the bonus won't apply again. Bad Customer Service
Order took more than 20 minutes to complete. When contacted, the bot just spams order will take 3-5 minutes.

Most orders go through in under a minute, but delays can happen during peak hours or when there are upstream issues with the game publisher. 20 minutes isn't the norm for us. It's a scam!
It's a scam! Do check the amount of diamonds you've purchased. I've encountered a few occasions whereby they only provided partial service and gave lesser than what I should received. And it's a huge difference! Wander how many ripped off have they done to customers that did not check their purchases.

I dont recommend buying from here or elitedias on the marketplace especially on the event recharge day, my orders often labeled as complete but i don’t receive them at all. contacted the admin on telegram/whatsapp/on the website but they barely reply and if they do they wont really care much. sometimes the admin are rude too

Best Top Up site with fast and responsive customer service I have visited so far
I have been making multiple order in Elitedias and most of my order were completed within 10 seconds, while making high price order at a time can sometimes take longer up to 30 mins at most based on my experience, and I did encounter an issue once where I only receive a part (around 40%) of the in game currency that I have made purchase in and reach out to their customer service and I got the rest of my order back (all within an hour), and it is a quite a large order so I am glad their customer service are fast and responsive to solving this for me. Will definitely continue using Elitedias just like the past 1 year. TY for the service and keep it up!
