Slow
I know that sometimes your systems are down and slow but it really worries me when my diamonds dont get through when i have paid.

It took so long for the diamonds to arrive. After I contacted customer service on WhatsApp the response I get was disrespectful and rude.

Most of our orders complete within a minute, though delays can occasionally happen during peak periods or when there are upstream issues with the game publisher. Long waiting time
The top up duration took more then 3-4hours. When they advertise 24/7 instant top up. Also don't do not allow cancellation due to they delay. Customer enquire your services is your duty to fulfil, by telling client due to ur supplier delay that cant achieve the expectation, at least list it on your website. If due to event there might be delay more then 4-5 or 8-10hours or more. For user if you able to read this might consider some other top up platform which alot cheaper then them by 10-12%. With 500-1000 trustable review.

Hi there, Let us give a brief explanation as to why we are unable to give a refund 1) When you’ve made payment, we have also submitted the order upstream, however due to unforeseen circumstances yesterday, the order was delayed 2) Once we have submitted the order, we are unable to refund it, that’s the policy of game top ups in general, they are all non-refundable

Have bought 1.5k-2k sgd worth of mlbb diamonds from elitedias and they have never failed in completing my order Pls bring back the 20% extra diamond for the mlbb beta packages though xd and also add in a more expensive package probs like 18.5k+ diamonds Best wishes -R.

The processing and payment are fast and easy but when I try to pay with my card it doesn't ask for permission as this might cause serious issue because someone might misuse the buyer payment system and the price is not too high but is on the costlier side as compare to some MLBB dias recharge store.

Hi Salsaba Thank you for the feedback. We have a lot of costs to upkeep the service compared to some other shops. We try our best to ensure that we price it such that it is still a lot cheaper compared to the prices in-game. If you feel that our prices are too high, you are free to try other services out, there are a lot of server costs involved to ensure that everything is delivered timely and the experience remains smooth
