Is Elitedias Legit? How We Source and Deliver Top-Ups

Who runs Elitedias, where the game credits come from, what the checkout asks for and never asks for, how fast delivery is, when a refund applies, and where the reviews are.

Elitedias is a game top-up store that started in Singapore in 2022 as Elitedias Pte. Ltd and is now operated by Elitedias Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Game credits are sourced through authorised distributors and credited directly to the player ID you enter. The checkout asks for public IDs only, delivery is within minutes of payment confirmation, a refund applies only when we cannot deliver, and every Trustpilot review is mirrored on our reviews page.

Who is behind Elitedias?

We began in Singapore in 2022 as Elitedias Pte. Ltd, selling top-ups for the games Singaporeans and Malaysians play most. Today the catalogue runs to Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Honor of Kings, Call of Duty: Mobile and well over a hundred other titles. The platform is now operated by Elitedias Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong at 1002 Unicorn Trade Centre, 127-131 Des Voeux Road Central, and the Singapore company is being wound down. The registered name, address and support channels are published on our about page.

Where do the game credits come from?

Through authorised distributors. We do not run a grey-market pool of resold gift cards, and we do not log into anyone's game account. When you pay, the order goes to a distribution partner authorised to supply that publisher's credits, and the credit is applied to the player ID you entered, the same way an in-app purchase lands. That is why the Diamonds, UC, Tokens or CP show up in your normal balance with nothing to redeem.

It is also why we are careful about wording. We do not claim to be a publisher's official partner or to use a publisher's own API. We buy through channels the publishers authorise, and we say so.

What does the checkout ask for, and what does it never ask for?

For most games the checkout asks for one thing from the game: the public player ID, plus a server or zone ID where the game uses one. Mobile Legends needs the User ID and Zone ID. PUBG Mobile needs the Character ID. Free Fire and Honor of Kings need the Player ID. Call of Duty: Mobile needs the UID. These numbers are shown openly in each game's profile screen and are designed to be shared.

The checkout never asks for your game password, your publisher account login, your Google, Apple or Facebook login, or a one-time code from the game. A small number of games are built so that a top-up can only be applied by logging in; for those, the form states exactly what the publisher requires before you pay, and nothing more. For every other game, the only identifiers requested are the public ones.

After the ID, you choose a package, choose a payment method and enter contact details for the order record. Payments are processed by regulated gateways; we never see or store your full card number, and e-wallet approvals happen inside the wallet's own app.

How fast is delivery?

Within minutes of payment confirmation for the large majority of orders. Once the gateway confirms your payment, the order is sent for fulfilment automatically and the credit is applied to your account. You can check the status of any order from the tracking link shown after checkout, using your order number.

The exception is publisher maintenance. When Moonton, Garena, Level Infinite or another publisher takes a store offline, orders queue and complete when it reopens. If an order has not arrived after fifteen minutes, the right move is to message support with the order number rather than to place a second order.

When do we refund?

A refund is issued when we cannot deliver an order. If a publisher store is down for an extended period, or the account cannot be credited for a reason on the publisher's side, the order is cancelled and the payment returned.

Once an order has been delivered to the account entered at checkout, it cannot be refunded. Publishers do not provide a way to pull a credit back out of an account, and that includes orders placed with a wrong ID. This is the reason step one of every checkout verifies the ID and shows the nickname it found: it is the moment to catch a typo, and we would rather you catch it than lose the order.

Where are the reviews?

On Trustpilot, and mirrored in full on our reviews page. The page shows the live TrustScore from Trustpilot, the count at each star level from five down to one, and every review customers have left, newest first, including the critical ones. Nothing is filtered, and our replies are shown where we answered. If you want to see how we handle a delayed order or a wrong-ID complaint, the one-star and two-star reviews are the place to look, along with the replies underneath them.

How do you reach support?

On WhatsApp and on Telegram, with your order number. Both are linked from the about page. Support looks up the order, checks the fulfilment status with the distributor and tells you what is happening.

Why do we think this is what legit looks like?

  • A named legal entity, with a published address, that has existed since 2022.
  • Sourcing through authorised distributors, described plainly, with no claims we cannot back.
  • Public IDs only at checkout, and a statement of what each game needs before you pay.
  • Payment handled by regulated gateways, with no card data stored on our side.
  • A delivery promise measured in minutes, with the maintenance caveat stated rather than hidden.
  • A refund rule that is narrow but honest: we refund what we cannot deliver.
  • Reviews mirrored unfiltered, critical ones included, with our replies attached.

If you want to see any of this in practice, open a product page such as Mobile Legends SG/MY or PUBG Mobile in ringgit, enter an ID, and watch what the form asks for. The live price table is on each product page, and the about and reviews pages are a click away from any of them.
