No. This top-up is for the global version of PUBG Mobile published by Level Infinite. The China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam versions are separate apps with their own stores, and a Character ID from one of them is rejected at checkout or fails delivery. If you installed PUBG Mobile from the Singapore or Malaysian App Store or Google Play, you are on the global version and can be credited.
Can I get a refund on a PUBG Mobile top-up?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example when the publisher's system rejects it or the pack is no longer available. Once the UC has been credited, the order cannot be refunded because publishers do not provide any way to reverse a delivery. Orders sent to a wrong ID count as delivered. Refunds for undeliverable orders go back to the original payment method.
