About Honkai Star Rail top up
Oneiric Shards are the paid currency in Honkai Star Rail by HoYoverse. They convert one to one into Stellar Jade, which is what you actually spend on Warps, so a shard top-up is the fastest way to reach pity on a limited character banner or Light Cone banner without waiting on daily missions and Simulated Universe rewards. Shards can also be spent directly on the Express Supply Pass and the paid tier of Nameless Honor, the battle pass. How to top up Honkai Star Rail

What is the refund policy?
