About Telegram Top Up
Telegram Stars are the in-app currency Telegram introduced for paying for digital goods inside the app. Stars are spent in bots and mini apps, on things like in-game items in Telegram games, e-books and course access, and on gifts sent to other users and channels. This page lets you top up Stars for a Telegram account without going through the Apple or Google in-app purchase, which is useful if you want to pay with a local method such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost or GrabPay. How to Top Up Telegram

Where do I find my Telegram username?
Open Telegram, go to Settings, and look at the Username field under your name and phone number; it is the handle beginning with @. On the order form, enter that handle exactly as it appears. If the field is empty you do not yet have a username, and you need to set one before ordering, because Stars are credited to the account that owns the username you enter.
How long does delivery take, and what if nothing arrives?
Orders are normally delivered within minutes of payment confirmation, and your order page updates once the Stars have been sent. Delivery can take longer while Telegram's services are under maintenance. If nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes, first check that the username on your order matches the one shown in your Telegram Settings. Then message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and we will check the delivery status with you.

What happens if I enter the wrong Telegram username?
Check the username carefully before you pay. Once Stars have been credited to an account, Telegram provides no way to reverse or move them, so an order sent to a wrong username cannot be refunded. If you spot a mistake straight after paying, contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been sent we will try to stop it, but we cannot promise that it can be stopped in time.

Do I need to install or redeem anything?
No. Stars are credited to your Telegram account by username, so there is nothing to redeem and no separate app to install. When the order is marked as delivered, open Telegram and check your Stars balance from Settings; if it has not refreshed, close and reopen the app. You can then spend the Stars in any bot, mini app or gift menu inside Telegram that accepts them.
Do I need a public username to receive Stars?
Yes. The order is matched to a Telegram account by its username, so the account must have one set in Settings. Your phone number is not used and is never requested. Usernames can be changed, so do not change yours between placing the order and receiving the Stars. Once credited, the Stars appear in your account's Stars balance, which you can view from Settings, and they can be spent in any bot, mini app or gift menu that accepts Stars.
What is the refund policy?
A refund is given only when Elitedias cannot deliver your order, for example when the Stars service is unavailable and the order has to be cancelled. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because Telegram provides no way to reverse Stars once they have been credited to an account. An order sent to a wrong username counts as delivered and is not refundable. When an order is cancelled, the money goes back to the payment method you used.
