I was initially skeptical so I tried the cheapest package and it got through. I was brave enough to have bought the most expensive package for Genshin and Star Rail a couple of times. That's about close to $2k. i was scared but my purchases went through and i got what i want. What I wanna say is this is legit and should give it a try. though i would like it if there were more options for Star rail.
