About Aceracer Top Up
Ace Racer Tokens are the paid currency in NetEase's futuristic arcade racer, released in March 2023, where each car carries its own Ultimate skill and races are decided as much by skill timing as by the racing line. Tokens are spent in the in-game store on cars, car skins and parts, and on the limited-time events and draws that the free currencies do not cover. Elitedias sources Ace Racer Tokens through authorised distribution partners and credits them directly to the account whose UID you enter; there is no code to redeem. Delivery normally completes within minutes of payment confirmation and can take longer during NetEase maintenance. The order form asks for your UID, shown when you tap your avatar on the main screen, plus your server or region if the form asks for it, and nothing else. A password is never requested. Malaysia customers can pay with Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost or GrabPay.
How to Top Up Aceracer
- 1Open Aceracer and tap your avatar on the main screen, or open Settings; your UID is shown in the account details. Copy it exactly and note the server or region you play on, since the order form may ask for both.

Open Ace Racer and tap your avatar on the main screen to open your account details, or go to Settings; your UID is listed there as a number. How long does delivery take, and what if nothing arrives?
Orders are normally delivered within minutes of payment confirmation, and your order page updates once the Tokens have been sent. Delivery can take longer while the publisher runs maintenance. If nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes, first check that the UID on your order matches the one shown in the game. Then message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and we will check the delivery status with you.

What happens if I enter the wrong UID?
Check the UID carefully before you pay. Once a top-up has been credited to an account, the publisher provides no way to reverse or move it, so an order sent to a wrong UID cannot be refunded. Do I need to install or redeem anything?
No. The Tokens are credited directly to your game account using the UID you enter at checkout. There is no code to redeem, no extra app to install, and nothing to log in to apart from the game itself. Once the order is marked as delivered, open the game and check your balance. If the new balance does not show straight away, closing and reopening the game usually refreshes it.
Does the server or region matter for Ace Racer?
Yes. Ace Racer accounts belong to the server or region they were created on, and Tokens are credited to the account on that server only. Your server is shown in the account area reached from your avatar or Settings. If the order form asks for a server or region, choose the one that matches your game exactly; a UID entered against the wrong server will fail validation or be credited to a different account, and credited orders cannot be reversed.
What is the refund policy?
A refund is given only when Elitedias cannot deliver your order, for example when the publisher's top-up service is unavailable and the order has to be cancelled. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because publishers provide no way to reverse a top-up once it has been credited. An order sent to a wrong UID counts as delivered and is not refundable. When an order is cancelled, the money goes back to the payment method you used.
