About Crystal of Atlan Top Up
Crystal of Atlan is the action MMORPG published by Nuverse, and its top-ups come in two forms. Vouchers are the standard paid currency and are spent in the in-game shop on costumes, mounts, gacha draws and convenience items. Opals are the bonus-heavy alternative: each Opals pack carries a larger bonus than the equivalent Vouchers pack, which is why both appear on this page at the same denominations. On Elitedias the top-up is credited to your character through authorised distribution partners. You enter your player ID, pay, and the balance appears in game within minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery can take longer while Nuverse is running maintenance. This page serves the Asia Pacific version of the game. The form asks for your player ID only; no login, password or verification code is requested. Spending the vouchers in game, rather than buying them, is what counts towards the in-game cumulative top-up rewards.
How to Top Up Crystal of Atlan
- 1Open Crystal of Atlan and tap your avatar at the top left of the main screen. On the profile page, your player ID is shown at the top right. Copy it exactly.
- 2On the Elitedias product page, enter the player ID and choose a Vouchers or Opals pack.
- 3Choose a payment method. Malaysia buyers can pay with Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking or Boost.
- 4Confirm the player ID and pack on the summary screen, then approve the payment.
- 5Log back into Crystal of Atlan once the order page shows delivered. The balance is credited to that character and can be spent in the shop straight away.
Why Choose Elitedias for Crystal of Atlan Top Up?
Sourced through authorised distributors
Elitedias buys Crystal of Atlan top-ups through authorised distribution partners and credits them straight to the account you enter at checkout. There is no code to redeem and nothing to install. The order page shows the status of each step until the delivery is confirmed.
Only public IDs, never your login
The checkout asks for the public identifiers the publisher uses to route a top-up, nothing more. Elitedias never asks for your password, your email login or any verification code. If a message claiming to be from Elitedias asks for those, it is not from us.
Public reviews on Trustpilot
Customer reviews for Elitedias sit on Trustpilot, where anyone can read them and the score updates as new reviews come in. Nothing is curated on our side. Read the recent ones before you order if you have not bought from us before.
Support on WhatsApp and Telegram
If an order is delayed or you entered the wrong details, message the Elitedias team on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. A person checks the order against the distributor record and replies on the same channel. Support runs around the clock.
Popular Crystal of Atlan Packages
The 1,980 Vouchers + 99 Bonus and 1,980 Opals + 499 Bonus packs are the entry point for a costume or a short run of gacha draws, with the Opals version carrying the larger bonus. The 3,280 packs suit players who buy a monthly card and a few shop items in one go. The 6,480 Vouchers + 326 Bonus and 6,480 Opals + 2,126 Bonus packs are for players chasing a full outfit set or pushing a limited banner. Compare the total on each pack before choosing, since the bonus differs between the two currencies.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my Crystal of Atlan player ID?
Open Crystal of Atlan and tap your avatar at the top left of the main screen to open your profile. The player ID is shown at the top right of that profile page as a number. Copy it exactly, because the top-up is routed to the character attached to that ID. If you have several characters, log in to the one you want credited before copying the ID.
How long does delivery take, and what if it has not arrived after fifteen minutes?
Most Crystal of Atlan orders are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. The Vouchers or Opals appear in your in-game balance; relaunch the game if the shop has not refreshed. Delivery can take longer when the publisher is running maintenance or when the distributor queue is busy. If your order still shows as processing after fifteen minutes, message Elitedias support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and the team will check it against the distributor record.
Is it safe to top up Crystal of Atlan on Elitedias?
Yes. Elitedias sources Crystal of Atlan top-ups through authorised distribution partners and credits them to your account using only your public player ID. No password, login or verification code is ever requested, so nobody at Elitedias can access your account. Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant gateways and your card details are not stored. Reviews from previous customers are public on Trustpilot.
What happens if I enter the wrong ID?
Check the player ID carefully before you pay. A top-up sent to the wrong account cannot be pulled back, because the publisher provides no way to reverse a delivery, so orders delivered to an incorrect ID are not refundable. If you notice a mistake straight after paying, message Elitedias support on WhatsApp or Telegram immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been submitted to the distributor, the team can try to correct it.
Can I pay with Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow?
Yes. Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are both listed at checkout for Malaysia orders on Elitedias, alongside FPX online banking, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, cash payment at 7-Eleven, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Approve the payment in your wallet or banking app and the order moves to processing once the gateway confirms it. All payments run through PCI DSS compliant gateways, and no card details are stored.
Do I need to install anything to top up?
No. Elitedias is a website and there is nothing to download, no launcher and no extension. The game is only needed to look up your player ID and to spend the balance. Open the Crystal of Atlan page, enter your details, pay and keep the game installed as normal so you can log in and see the top-up arrive. You can order from a phone or desktop browser.
What is the difference between Vouchers and Opals?
Both are paid currencies in Crystal of Atlan, bought at the same base denominations. Vouchers are the standard currency spent in the in-game shop. Opals packs carry a larger bonus for the same base amount, so you receive more for each pack. Check the total on each pack before ordering. Also note that buying the currency does not count towards cumulative top-up rewards in game; spending it does.
What is the refund policy?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if the distributor rejects it or the ID fails validation. In that case the full amount is returned to the original payment method. Once a Crystal of Atlan top-up has been delivered it cannot be refunded or reversed, because the publisher does not provide any way to take a delivered top-up back. This includes orders sent to a player ID that turned out to be wrong.
