    About Once Human Top Up

Crystgin is the paid currency in Once Human, the open-world survival shooter from Starry Studio, a NetEase studio. It launched on PC in July 2024 and on iOS and Android in April 2025, with cross-progression between the two. Crystgin is spent in the in-game shop on cosmetics, outfits, weapon skins, vehicle skins and premium bundles, and it is separate from Starchrom, the free currency earned through gameplay. Elitedias sources Once Human Crystgin through authorised distribution partners and credits it within minutes of payment confirmation. The form asks for your UID, your region and the exact server name of the character that should receive the Crystgin, in the format shown on your server list, for example PVE01-00109. No password or NetEase login is requested. Most Once Human orders on Elitedias come from Malaysia and Singapore. Check the server name carefully, because Once Human characters live on a specific server and the top-up follows that character. Malaysia buyers pay in MYR with Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX or Boost.

How to Top Up Once Human

    1. 1Open Once Human and open your player profile: your UID is shown next to your profile information. Note the region (for example Europe) and the full server name (for example PVE01-00109) of the character you want credited.
    2. 2Pick the Crystgin pack that matches what you want to buy in game. All packs are listed on this page; the amount shown is what gets credited.
    3. 3Choose a payment method. Malaysia buyers can pay with Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost or GrabPay; the full list is shown at checkout in MYR.
    4. 4Enter your UID, your region and the full server name of the character you want credited, check them against the game, and confirm the payment. Elitedias never asks for your password.
    5. 5Wait for the confirmation screen. The Crystgin is credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation, and you can follow progress on the order page or on WhatsApp and Telegram.

Why Choose Elitedias for Once Human Top Up?

Sourced through authorised distributors, credited to your account

Elitedias buys Once Human Crystgin through authorised distribution partners and credits them straight to the UID you enter. There is no code to type in and no screenshot to send; the balance appears in game within minutes of payment confirmation.

Only your UID, never a password

The checkout asks for a UID, your region and server name. These are public identifiers that other players can already see in game. Elitedias never asks for your password, login email or verification codes, and nobody from Elitedias will ever log into your account.

    Public reviews on Trustpilot

Elitedias is reviewed on Trustpilot and the score shown on this site is pulled live from Trustpilot, not typed in by us. Read the recent reviews, including the critical ones, before you decide; they describe how orders and support actually go.

    Support on WhatsApp and Telegram

If a Once Human order has not arrived within 15 minutes, or you are unsure which number is your UID, message Elitedias on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. A person checks the order with the distributor and replies in the chat; there is no email queue and no ticket form.

    Popular Once Human Packages

The 62 Crystgin pack suits a single cosmetic or topping up a balance that is just short of a shop price. 339 and 1,120 Crystgin are the usual choices for a weapon skin or a seasonal outfit bundle. 2,340 and 3,979 Crystgin cover a full season of cosmetics across several characters. The 8,075 Crystgin pack is for collectors buying every bundle as the shop rotates. Elitedias lists more than 50 Once Human denominations and bundles, so match the shop price you are looking at rather than rounding up.

    Secure Payment Methods

Payment methods available in MYR: Credit/Debit Card, FPX, DuitNow, WeChat Pay, Boost, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, AlipayHK, Apple Pay, 7-Eleven Malaysia, Google Pay, ShopeePay.

Elitedias Malaysia accepts Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, 7-Eleven cash payment, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with the full list shown at checkout in MYR. Every payment runs through a PCI DSS compliant gateway and Elitedias never stores your card details.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my Once Human UID?

Launch Once Human and log in to the character you want to top up. Open your player profile; your UID is displayed next to your profile information. Then note the region (such as Europe or Asia) and the full server name of that character, for example PVE01-00109, which appears on the server selection screen. Enter all three exactly on the Elitedias form. Crystgin is credited to that character's server, so a wrong server name cannot be corrected after delivery.

How long does Once Human top-up take, and what if it has not arrived after 15 minutes?

The Crystgin is credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation in normal conditions. Delivery can take longer while Starry Studio runs maintenance or during a large in-game event. If nothing has arrived after 15 minutes, restart the game first so the balance refreshes, then message Elitedias on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number. We check the order with the distributor and reply in the same chat.

Is it safe to buy Once Human Crystgin from Elitedias?

Elitedias sources Once Human Crystgin through authorised distribution partners and credits it to the UID you enter, with nothing for you to redeem. You are never asked for a password or login, payments run through PCI DSS compliant gateways that do not share your card details with us, and the store is publicly reviewed on Trustpilot, with the score shown on this site pulled live rather than typed in.

What happens if I enter the wrong UID?

The Crystgin is credited to whichever account matches the UID you typed, and Starry Studio provides no way to pull it back once delivered. An order sent to a wrong UID is therefore not refundable. Copy the UID from the game rather than typing it, compare it on the confirmation screen before paying, and if you are unsure, send a screenshot to WhatsApp or Telegram first.

Can I pay for Crystgin with Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow?

Yes. Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX online banking are the most used payment methods on Elitedias Malaysia, and Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout. You can also pay in cash at a 7-Eleven counter using the reference shown on the order page. Prices are shown in MYR before you pay, and the order moves to processing as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Do I need to install anything or log in to receive the Crystgin?

No. Elitedias credits the Crystgin to the account behind your UID, so there is no app to install, no browser extension, no code to redeem and no login to share. You only need Once Human installed on your own device to see the balance. After the order shows as delivered, open the game or restart it if it was already running and the new balance appears in your account.

Which Once Human regions and servers can be topped up, and does it matter which character I enter?

The Once Human listing on Elitedias is available to players in all regions. At checkout you enter your UID, your region (for example Europe or Asia) and the full server name, for example PVE01-00109. The Crystgin is delivered to the character on that server, so pick the character you actually want to spend from. Because Once Human ties purchases to the server you name, choose carefully before paying.

Can I get a refund on a Once Human order?

A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if the pack is unavailable from the distributor or the UID fails validation before delivery. Once the Crystgin has been credited to an account, the order cannot be refunded, because Starry Studio provides no way to reverse a delivery. That includes orders sent to a wrong UID. If an order looks stuck, message WhatsApp or Telegram and we will check it.
