Racing Master SEA Gems are the paid currency in NetEase Games' licensed racing sim, developed in partnership with Codemasters, for accounts on the Southeast Asia server. Gems buy cars from the showroom, fund the Weekly Card and Monthly Card that return Gems daily, pay for the Premium MP and Deluxe MP progression tracks, and unlock the Legendary car packs that rotate through the shop, such as the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 and the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale. Racing Master runs the SEA, LATAM, HMT and global releases as separate servers with separate garages, so Gems must be bought for the server your account lives on. On Elitedias, Racing Master SEA Gems are supplied through authorised distribution partners and credited within minutes of payment confirmation to the account behind the User ID you enter. The form asks for your User ID and the SEA server. Your NetEase account login, linked Google or Apple credentials and your password are never requested.

Open Racing Master and tap your character portrait in the top-left corner of the home screen to open the player information page. Your numeric User ID is shown there alongside your avatar and nickname. Use the copy function rather than typing it, since one wrong digit sends the Gems to another player. The User ID is public; it is not your NetEase login and the order form never asks for your password.
How long does a Racing Master SEA Gems top-up take?
Gems are normally credited within minutes of payment confirmation. During NetEase Games maintenance or right after a large patch, delivery can take longer because top-up requests queue until the game servers are back. What if I entered the wrong User ID?

Can I get a refund?
A refund is issued only when Elitedias cannot deliver the order, for example if a pack is withdrawn or the publisher's system rejects the account. Delivered orders cannot be refunded, because NetEase Games provides no way to pull Gems back out of an account once they are credited. An order sent to the ID you typed in counts as delivered even if that ID was wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
